This place never has a consistent closing hours. Today I was told 8pm and just last month I was told 8:30pm. Only says 9:00pm someone should really update the times.
Really busy and just got fully staffed. Usually have the specialty item requested. Friendly folk.
One person working, absolutely no sense of customer service.

The pink drink is never right nor is the dragon drink!! Never have the fruit pieces or enough product to make it correctly so they give you coconut milk with a dash of purée and it’s DISGUSTING!!!!!! do better!!!!
Absolutely one of the most inefficient and worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. I don’t think the people that work here can tie their own shoes.
3 teen/young adult boys working the counter all with masks below nose or under chin.Also, for a while (maybe forever?) this Starbucks “can’t scan the QR code”, but there are signs everywhere that say they can.
Idk his name but he is always so friendly and get my drink right every time! The manager Lori is so nice as well! My colleague and I come here about once a month and if they are out of product they tell you when they should have it again. Today for National Coffee Day the line was a bit long but it moved rather quickly. If I have one suggestion it would be to switch to sharpies as the markers they use to write the drink codes rub off on the cold beverage cups due to condensation, which gets kinda messy. Thank you baristas for putting up with thirsty customers! ?☕?
Conveniently located inside of Kroger. Been grabbing coffee while I shop for years. Recently however they started charging 70c to add half & half to black coffee which is just silly.
Not the best Starbucks always out of something, long lines, no one really tries to interact with clientele. My issue is I will come in stand at the register and wait on them for 3 minutes before they acknowledge that I’m there waiting. Two girls just rude literally talking bad about clientele and making fun of her English.Slow staff, long lines, always out of supplies, the team members working there are just there for a check. I would suggest management make a visit to this Starbucks.
