This is by far the WORST location I’ve been to. No friendly faces, rude staff and the smoothie tasted like it had more ice than protein and bananas, in which my orde was totally screwed up. HIRE NEW STAFF!!! I should’ve read the reviews we will not be returning ??♀️
So disappointing! Drove all the way to this location… just for someone to come out and say. First, is this a pick up. No, I wouldLike to order! We are not taking orders now…3:00pm in the afternoon.Because we ran out of everything…
I’ve been to this smoothie king probably 3-4 times within this month and I’ve been disappointed pretty much every time. First, I order a strawberry peanut power plus and I receive it and don’t even taste peanut butter and there was some other fruit in my smoothie that shouldn’t have even been in it. It was honestly so disgusting. Then I try another smoothie and they’re never blended all the way! These smoothies are way too overpriced to be having them come out nasty. on top of that, the attitudes of the workers, it seems as though they don’t even want to be doing anything. One guy doesn’t even acknowledge you or perform proper customer service. This place has gone downhill.
Great place to stop by for a recovery smoothie and plus this was my first time going to a smoothie king because I usually make my own but being so far from home and after a great workout session. This was a great place and I shall return after my workouts every Saturday!
Why accept the job if you refuse to do it properly. You just opened the store at 10 and its 10:30 youre hanging out of the window explaining. Please get it together.
Coming from a former employee of another location (way back in 2016), this is by far the worst Smoothie King I’ve been to in my entire life. The few times I’ve come I’ve never had a great experience per se, but it’s been acceptable. Today, the 8 dollar (because of Friday) medium peanut power plus chocolate I ordered was not blended long enough and you could tell they just guessed on the amount of bananas, peanut butter, dates and other ingredients, and put way too much ice in. Almost as if they made it too small initially, so they just dumped another cup of ice to fill it to size. If I had made a smoothie that bad, I would have been fired. I’m not the person to go and leave bad reviews all the time, and I rarely ever want to inconvenience staff enough to send something I ordered back, but I had them refund this one. When you only get one once a week or less, and it’s absolutely terrible, it leaves a pretty bad taste in your mouth about the location. They need to go back to paying attention to the receipt tickets, and at the very least watch how much ice they’re putting in.
Drove there this morning, because I had dental work done, and have gone for the last few days, this morning I get a muffled response from drive thru speaker, so I said hello and waited, no response, waited some more no response so after a bit I pull up to window, and gentlemen inside proceeds to tell me they are only doing online orders, I’m the only car around, no one in line no one waiting ???So you can’t make me a smoothie I guess not unless I pull out, place online order, does that seem like a good business decision. And as far as customer service goes really, no offer to go ahead make my smoothie no apology no explanation as to why you can’t take a drive thru order.So frustrated and disappointed
Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. 15 minutes of that was at the window. All that time wasted only for our orders to be wrong. I’m sure it doesn’t help that they probably get paid less than a living wage. Maybe if Smoothie King paid enough, their employees would care more.
3/14 @ 8:15 pm Terrible service!! They had a line of cars waiting for service with no response on the drive thru speaker. Each car ended up pulling up to the window and still no response. At least five cars drove off without being served. Got out of the car and walked up to the walk up window and saw two people standing toward the back talking. Knocked on the window and both ignored me. Again terrible customer service all the way around!!
I along with several people drove around the parking lot trying to figure out why a drift-thru smoothie shop was not taking orders at its drive-thru. A sign posted on the “place order here” said “online only thank you!” I watched at least 3-4 cars drive off in less than 5 minutes just as confused as I was, then one car actually sitting at the drive-thru when I pulled up was still there 10 minutes later when I pulled off. How long does it take to make a smoothie? This place is losing hundreds of $$$ daily no doubt. I can’t believe Smoothie King corporate is allowing a place like this to remain open. To the owner, what a joke, there’s really no excuse for this. The worst smoothie king I’ve ever visited, and I know several smoothie king owners.
