I am not sure if they were understaffed or what the problem was, but we went inside instead of driving thru because they weren't busy inside. My 2 friends and I waited 45 minutes for our order. When we received it, items were missing. 4 other customers who came in after us were given their food before we were. We waited for so long that we considered just getting a refund but my friends really wanted chicken. The partial order was cold by the time we received our missing items. The young lady at the register was moving really slowly and was visibly annoyed and rolled her eyes at me twice. We have been to this Popeye's many times and had similar problems. This was by far the worst experience we have had. I am enormously disappointed in this location. I doubt that I or my friends will be giving this location our business going forward. It is a shame because when the food is fresh and served in a timely manner we greatly enjoy it.
Clean bathrooms and fast service. Drive thru can take long because this place is always busy.
This Popeyes here has horrible service the wait is at the mercy of the employees. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and I was in line. They have a I DON’T CARE ATTITUDE! The drive thru little girl kept messing the price of my order up. You see all this time I’m sending this is part of my wait time. Pointless business here absolutely the worst!
what is this popeyes? i waited 25 mins in line for 4 wing meal and i received a half of a wing like come on who does that ! This is the worst popeyes to come to i wont never return!
Seems like very nice people but don't use the app to order your food there systems are not ready for it. App said be there before 10, It's 10:54 and they are still making my food. 3 stars because I can blame the works for what corporations failed to lunch.
Horrible!! Always short staff send a drive-through for 15 minutes no still no food!! Don’t ever come here
Go here if you want to wait in line for 15 minutes and then wait for your food for 20. Staff is also rude. Can’t expect all fast food restaurants to be as accommodating and nice as chick-fil-a though I guess.
It took 45 minutes for me to receive food and it was still incorrect and not fresh. The employees were more interested in talking to each other instead of handling customers. I was not the only person waiting. All I ordered was a shrimp tackle box and 2 chicken legs.
Let me begin by saying the time I usually spend in a Popeyes drive thru, I often debate weather I should have just gone home and fried chicken myself.Usually there is a long line in drive thru for lunch and dinner times and I was there during dinner. The dining room was open so I parked instead.There were fewer people inside and I was in and out within 5 minutes.I ordered a dinner combo and 2 fish sandwiches (for Good Friday ?). My order was accurate and tasty. Staff seemed energetic and moving orders along, happy.Best Popeyes experience to date.
Appearance is everything. Hair hanging without hair nets. No gloves. Pants hanging below rear end and underwear showing. Not presentable at all. I will not be returning. When dealing with someone’s food this shouldn’t be.
