This place is horrible. After 3 hours I never received my order. Could not reach anyone at the store. Status kept saying it was in the oven. Will dispute and never use again
I have ordered here several times and first they are late when I order 2 hours ahead then they cross the line when I prepay and then they said " if you are 15 min late we through the food away" with out even calling me while I am in traffic??!!!! Not cool, I am supposed to be patient when they are "short handed" but they cant call me when they already have my money and want to waist food?????? DONT GO HERE!
I’ve been ordering from this location for about 4 months now. I don’t know when they moved from the freestanding restaurant to the actual strip. I’ll place an online order and pick it up on the way home from work about once or twice a month. The staff has always been friendly, and the pizza has been excellent. It’s not Antico or MTH, but it’s also not $30 a pie. $11 three topping pan pizza seems to always be on the website. Just good, low cost comfort food, ready on time, with my order correct, handed over by a pleasant staff. What more could you want these days.I don’t know why all the bad reviews. Maybe the delivery services people are using?
Pros: pizza was tasty, wings were awesome, they remembered the sauces, and delivered in timeCon: they put the wrong crust, they probably used one slice of bacon for the whole pizza that had a bacon topping.. and the mozzarella sticks weren’t good and they didn’t give us marinara sauce with themThat’s my review!
By utilizing a third-party delivery companies such as DoorDash my order, yet again, is missing items. I expect to be refunded but then DoorDash will tell you oh well you ordered it through the store directly so the store has the refund you and then the store says we have to contact DoorDash DoorDash messed up the order. It’s around and around Circle every single time and it’s absolutely insanity. do better! Also, the customer should be notified upfront if you intend to utilize a third party company,.. not AFTER when the order can’t be canceled
Chris the manager and the team there are awesome and very professional. There are major issues going on with delivery staffing and the outsourcing of deliveries to Doordash, but with the right communication, great people like this Pizza Hut team will work with you to fix such issues. The dinner tasted great, and I will be using Pizza Hut again for my next pizza night.
Terrible! Waited 2 hours for pizza that never came. Then they were disrespectful about it. I pay for customer service. Obviously the food ain't the best in the world, but be better guys!
Such a rude set of employees. Waited 3 hours for a delivery that never came. Kept calling the restaurant and the wannabe manager kept hanging up. I ended up getting Salmonella from this site. Do not support this business. Had to keep chasing the Area Manager for a refund. Ridiculous.
Pizza was an entire hour late. Not only did it not show up hot, it was WRONG. THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS INDIGNANT AND RUDE. Called to speak with a manager and was met with a terse and very rude staff member. Refused to allow me to speak with a manager and was very ignorant. If you don’t want to work then don’t work. But don’t treat paying customers who wish for a product to be delivered properly like they don’t matter. It can’t be that hard to get a competent staff. Clearly both management and ownership choose to not care about customers. It’s a clear culture of indifference at this location. Called again the next day and the same person who identified himself as Justin proceeded to be just as short and say "he was the manager," and hung up again. Cleary this is a person that has no value for customers or an opportunity to get something right. No issue was resolved and to spend $46 on a large and medium pizza that was prepared INCORRECTLY is absurd. To get poor customer service says a lot to the franchisee who clearly doesn't care how his employees treat customers.
Disgusting food and service. I placed an order for delivery and Iscc 039525 was very rude and unprofessional.He claimed he was the Manager. I told him I was unhappy with the food. He then said he was aggravated and hung up on me? What happened to customer service? Is this the type of people that you want representing you PIZZA HUT? I will be calling Corporate. He then refused to give me my money back. SMH
