Wasted an hour and my pizza said it was still being made. Called and was told they didn’t have enough drivers then called back and was told the same thing. Ended up cancelling my order :/

Definitely hit or miss. In other words the pizza makers are inconsistent. I like extra cheese and sometimes there is not enough cheese to cover the pizza which is frustrating. I always order pickup so I cannot, say how well they do delivery.
Clean store and employees do the best they can being short staffed. I chose to pick up my order with 15 minutes rater than wait 1+ hours.
