ORDERS A PIZZA TO BE DELIVERED A FEW MINS BEFORE 10PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. TIMER KEPT GIVING INACCURATE TIMES THAT PIZZA WOULD ARRIVE. TWO HOURS LATER NO PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEN GOT A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING PIZZA WAS CANCELED WITH NO EXPLANTION OR REASON GIVEN!!! THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL YOU TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEN!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!! YOU WILL EITHER NEVER GET YOUR PIZZA OR THEY WILL TAKE 2 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!
They estimated 30 minutes to deliver a pizza and bread sticks. Two hours later it still hadn't arrived. The store remade the items to send again. Another two hours later a driver finally arrives. He only has the pizza. He agrees there should be bread sticks and says he'll go back to the store and bring them back. He never returns. Unbelievable.
Lately these guts are too busy to run a pizza place properly. A few weeks ago I was told 2-3 hours to get a pizza....a pizza !!! This isn't a 5 star restaurant. Today I waited 90 minutes. Tell me BEFORE you take my money and I'll go elsewhere !! If you're that busy hire more ppl and pay them well so they stay, but don't be really busy and have a skeleton crew and make us wait. I'll avoid this store in the future and take my money to a store that respects my time....and money ??
Papa John's pizza subs I used to love it every time I order a pizza from them I get a ground beef sausage and bacon and all of us on two slices the rest of it's nothing on it do not go to Papa John's Pizza go to Pizza Hut you'll love it
Door dash guy was a jerk and delivered my thing to the wrong place and then kinda just peaced out but these guys made it right. Got one of the best pies I ever had delivered for my trouble. Yall rocked thanks. I'll tip hard next time.
Order cancelled AFTER it was supposed to have arrived. Called the store, was told they were understaffed. Reason? Employees walked out. Employees plural. Guessing either the manager or the company (or both) isn't the best to work for. Have gotten mediocre product in the past; unlikely I'll order from Papa John's again.
Couldn’t seem to use gift card on app. Called store to ask to use it over the phone. Girl on the other end acted as though she’d never heard of a gift card before. Literally 7 seconds of silence before I finally speak up, this happened multiple times. I finally ask “can you not just take a gift card over the phone?” And she replies “….it gets funky when we try.”Either this girl is poorly trained or y’all need to redo your system ASAP. Ima just order dominos. Y’all make it real hard to let me give you my money.
No one is wearing gloves while cooking food or hair nets, or masks. My order was over 45 min late. Will not order From here again.
If I could give a 0 I would. Have had to cancel 3 orders because it takes over an hour past delivery time to be delivered. Then the manager will hang up on you. I will call corporate in the morning
This is maybe the worst Papa John’s I have ever ordered from.
