Ordered online pickup. Waited almost an hour for a half sandwich and a cup of soup. The restaurant was not crowded, but those who were there were all waiting 45--60 minutes per order. A manager had been helping them make food, but disappeared about 10 minutes into my wait. When I finally got my food, it wasn't what I ordered. Apparently, they ran out of ingredients during the time I was waiting but didn't tell me. What they gave me had chicken and cheese only. I asked if they could put some tomato or sauce on it just to give it some taste, but the employee said she couldn't take it back and I would have to wait for a new sandwich. Given that it took them an hour to make the first one, I said I would just eat it as is. The employee then mockingly said "Enjoy!!"

The customer service is the best. I was undecided but the associte Sabrina on 7.15.22 nice to talk me through the menu and help me decide. I was placing a carryout but she made he feel like I was dinning in. Thanks Sabrina at the Spring Hill Parkway location. Best of luck to you and all your goals.

My order was ready right on time and delicious. The restaurant has shelves near the entrance where they place orders in sealed bags so one only needs to look for their name, grab and go. Though Google says they offer curbside pickup and have spaces fir it, apparently they don't.

Very calm and laid-back atmosphere.

Never have I ever felt racism as I have this morning. I came in to get a mobile order and I was ignored until I stopped someone and she had an attitude also, as if I did something wrong by coming inside. As the only black person in the establishment as a customer at the time what other way was I supposed to feel? I stood quietly at the counter for 5 minutes and watched the workers run from behind the counter to help all the other customers, fixing their coffee etc. I'll never come back to this particular Panera because I refuse to feel this way again.

GREAT food. TERRIBLE service!I ordered a sandwich online and when it was delivered the sandwich wasn't in the bag. No one checked...and then, of course, no one answered the phone. I had to call the corporate 800 number to get a refund. She offered a gift card, and I declined. I'm done. Don't want to every have to dine or visit there again. I'll be at Atlanta Bread Company.

I try really hard not to be negative and not to slam businesses. #Panera has lost my business. Period. I don’t often frequent them but after having some dental work I wanted something soft and easy to eat. When my order was delivered there were missing items. I call the restaurant 4 times and nobody ever answered. When I reached out online to customer care they didn’t respond either until I said I would dispute the charge with my bank. Their resolution was to offer me a “reward” that would expire in 60 days. When I said this was not acceptable and I just wanted a refund for the missing items I was told they could help me submit a claim that should get resolution in the next 30 days. REALLY? Are they trying to make this enough of a pain in the butt I finally give up?

Came in for dinner and was told AFTER I purchased a Mediterranean bowl that they were out of rice for it so I had to get a refund and get something else which was annoying but the real star of the show was a girl who quickly walked past our table without slowing down or even making eye contact as we were finishing up said “Panera closes at 9” and then at 9:02 she screams (I’m not exaggerating) PANERA IS CLOSED at us. We were literally just trying to finish our meals and all of the employees were still cleaning up it’s not like they were all standing at the door waiting for us and we were holding them up. It was completely uncalled for and that girl needs to be fired. I’m not ever coming back to this Panera as this is my second bad experience here.

This location is AWFUL. Literally awful. Not once in the last year have they gotten a pickup order correct. And today was the last straw. This is a $13 salad. It should have had chicken on it. But it didn’t. And after the yellow, wilted, and lettuce spines were picked out, this is what we were left with. Never again will we order from this Panera. Never. Again.

Panera Bread has healthy fast food choices. My lunch was tomato soup and greek salad with arugula, which was very tasty! My service was good here. Very reasonably priced too. It was a warm day, so sat outside. Outside dining was far enough away from the expressway to be pleasant. The inside (pictured) is one of the biggest PBs around. Nice interior too, but only went inside to pick up my order. This PB location is very close to I-285, so easy on/off the expressway. Parking lot is small but was not busy on a Sunday afternoon. Mentioned this before at PB, but is worth repeating. Order using the PB app. After arriving at the restaurant, open the PB app and use their new "dine in" feature when ordering. Thus no contact with the servers here. Also makes it more accurate. Did walk by the order takers up front and they were not so busy, so either way ordering would have been easy today. Definitely stop here for quick healthy food.
