This by far was one of the cleanest stores well maintained. Food is always awesome. If you haven't been here before go ahead and make the choice to do so. You will not regret it.
This location used to be my “go to”, but now I have to say I only go as a last resort. The employees are very friendly, and the food taste great, but this location is out of the popular options more often than not. Last experience was the most humorous, because they were actually out of chow mein, fried rice, and orange chicken. Just save yourself the headache and waste of time and go to another location.
Food was great but when we went there was a massive drive through line so we decided to park only to find that they were not taking any orders inside. This would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact that they did not had a sign for people to easily see from their car when they drive in, you had to walk to their side door (not the front door) to notice it. The drive through was moving very slow, I think they might be short on staff.
I don’t get how this Panda Express can be so different from literally any other I’ve been to. The food here is just so bland and bad. I’ve given it 2 tries now. It must sit out all day. There’s almost no flavoring to it. I just don’t understand how. Do they not cook it all the same way? Won’t be back.
I spent 40.00 bucks for warm food and items that I didn't want there was no teriyaki chicken because the shipment didn't come according to worker. That isn't my fault and that is like the most popular item how don't you have it. Then ordered four kids meals but the only had water available for drink but meals come with drink and Cookie. Didn't have cookies either so why did u pay full price. Then I ordered a bigger plate but because the person taking the order wasn't listening I didn't get that either. This is ridiculous first they need to have someone that can comprehend and speak clear correct English to take orders. And they need make sure the store is well stocked or possibly don't open because this is the worst service from this establishment
Food has no taste and everything is dried out. Rice was dry. Chicken was dry. Lo mien was dry. Vegetables were dry. I’ve eaten here before but this time was a total bust. Unfortunately I won’t be returning. The quality has tremendously diminished since my last visit.
I have ordered Big plate with 3 entries but they gave only one entrie in 3 portions and it is honey sesame cb. Very disappointed. When i call they dont pick ip. This is in smyrna location. I will go to store tomorrow
This is a really excellent Panda Express! My boyfriend and I sometimes come here and split the bigger meal. It is plenty good for two! Pandas orange chicken is unmatched and so ??. Last time we came, they said they’d ere having a chicken shortage, so they only had about five entrees to chose from, but they still had orange chicken so it was ok
Good food! Nice and clean restaurant area and friendly employees. Many delicious food options. Wish they had more vegetarian options but overall great! Their honey walnut shrimp is the best! Perfect place to eat after shopping at the mall nearby.
The associate and manager are very rude. They did not apologize for not listening on how to correctly take my order twice. I’ve been to Panda Express multiple times as it’s near my work place, and know exactly what is on the menu regarding plate vs larger plate. They missed charged me and got my order wrong. Manager wasn’t even apologetic and couldn’t offer a proper solution to the problem. Which is charge me correctly, for the food that I ordered. Either get a new store manager who can properly train your employees because it’s a bad reflection on your brand. This location will no longer earn my business.
