No ac so they had the doors open. Flies coming in. Health code violation. Male employee very nasty throughout the entire process. Even nasty/racist that my kids didn't want "white" root beer bc the soda machine wasn't working properly. "Tastes the same but NO they don't want white root beer" is what he said. WOW. From the get go they started to try to talk to me in a different language , not english , employees not caring for former military i asked for a military discount the they refused , i was just coming back from the VA , and i explain to them that i just renew my VA ID and i left the old one and still refuse to care , so not happy about being spoken in other language , and their service was not too good
I don’t really know what happened with my order, but I ordered three chicken burritos and one of them didn’t have chicken, no salsa in the bag, online said that my order would be ready at 5:45 wasn’t ready when I arrived. Really disappointed /:
Just rude they close earlyGood food sometimes but this was the last straw I hate this location and I will tell everyone to go to another location…..and I will not stop until something changes
I rarely eat at Moe's because I am Hispanic and I don't like eating at American own Mexican restaurants but choosing between Chipotle and Moe's I rather have Moe's
Food was good but many issues relating to there not being enough staff. The two staff members that were there tried hard to take care of everyone and was pleasant while doing so.
Stale ingredients, sour salsa, & rude (feels like a school cafeteria). Better off going to Willys!
Stay away!! I’ve been 3 times and I will officially never go back. The first time the sour cream was spoiled and the employees were extremely unpleasant, the second time the employees were even more unpleasant and the third time, which was the final straw, the employees were rude but the worst part was the ants crawling all over the wall in the dining room! We sat down at one of the booths and noticed hundreds of those tiny ants all over the wall. If the dining room is that disgusting I don’t even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. I live less than 5 minutes from this location but I will drive 15 minutes just to go to another Moe’s.
Omg where do I start I have a BURRITO WITH MOLD! when I went back the butch lady didn’t act like even cared and didn’t even apologize. Customer service goes a long way! DO NOT EAT HERE RUN!!!!
Burrito portion is smaller than other Moe’s locations. Taco Bell has bigger burritos than the new steak and potato one advertised. The burrito was also missing majority of the ingredients that were supposed to be included. Don’t do a mobile order so you can see your burrito being made. I won’t be coming back to this location.
