The people working were very nice, the food came out fast, and the fries were piping hot - that’s where the good stops. I’ll caveat by saying I haven’t eaten inside of a McDonald’s in years but when I have it was pretty clean. This place was disgusting. Dirty bathrooms, floors with food and smashed condiments, all tables and chairs had crumbs and food all over them - it was gross. The complete lack of cleanliness and the fact that they were playing a tacky Christmas music track in May tells me no one cared in this store. I will never go back to this location. And our burgers tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours even though we special ordered (no ketchup).
If you can get used to the whole order everything yourself model with the kiosks, it's not bad. Personally I like to order with a real person, but I guess it works.Stop mistaking me for an Uber East pick up driver! Real customers to go in!
Just had two of the sweetest cashiers. They’re slammed after the after game rush from braves fans. They were still super sweet and professional. I wish I’d gotten their names. But they were great!!!
Went thru the drive thru to order 3 drinks total and ended up sitting at the second pickup window for over 10 minutes! The window was open and you could hear the young employees talking loud amongst each other and laughing. So I started blowing my horn and yelling "hello" to get someone's attention. No one came to the window but you could hear laughing yet again. Then after 14.5 minutes, the SAME employee who told me to wait at the second pickup window shows up and asks what I'm waiting for!?!? I ordered a large sprite, a large coke and a large MOCHA frappe. We were sitting for over 15 minutes waiting on a frappe that we watched them give to at least 4 cars that left before us! Then some giggly young lady walks up to the window laughing and hands us a sloppily made CARAMEL frappe with all types of liquid running down the sides of the cup!! My patience was gone at that point-we took the frappe and left. There's no problem with young people working in fast food, but when the quality of food and customer service becomes negatively affected- there needs to be a re-org of some sort or better management accountability. This is too busy of a location to provide anything less than.
Some of the most rude people in Atlanta work here. Seriously, if you don't want to work don't take it out on your customers. Aside from that food isn't bad. It's a shame too because usually McDonald's usually comes through, just not this place being run by the 'C' Team.
This was an excellent experience. It started with the drive thru order taking system. The audio was the clearest I have ever heard in a drive thru. The order was fulfilled by two excellent workers who were attentive and seemed to be quite happy to be there at midnight on a Saturday night. The 1 and only drawback was there were zero napkins placed in our bag.
I had a vegetarian Buddha Bowl, which was excellent. I especially enjoyed the occasional flavor of extremely good balsamic vinegar; it was not spread throughout the food. The server was excellent. She allowed us to set in the outside dining area even though it was closed, stating we would have to come to the window for service. Then she provided us the full service we had not expected. Very accommodating, the type of restaurant I like to frequent.
We went inside to eat... boy what a cold environment. The seating is sparce and uninviting. There was no one at the counter, plus no menu boards to guide you. Had to use a kiosk to place the order, which I do not like. Then you take a number and place at your table. Only thing is they plop it down on the table and bring you empty cups to fill yourself. Kind of takes away from what could be nice thing of getting served at the table. Food was good for McDonald's food, it was hot and fresh. Service however was less than good. This new McDonald's concept is awful to say the least.
This was my review 1yrago***5⭐️Dual drive thru, fresh food fresh and fluffy bread as well as juicy not dried out quarter pounder and fish fresh as well everything nice and hot delicious fries ?***THIS IS MY REVIEW NOW-->*1⭐️Curbside I sat there for 25 minutes then finally had to pull up to the drive-thru who told me to go to window 1 where no one assisted because there was no one there. I then see the woman bring food to another person in the same curbside spot #3 as mine. I called her she didn't reply to me until she walked back into come to the window 1. She apologized for the wait went to go check on my Frappe, which was actually sitting at the 1st window I pulled up to, which it shouldn't have been. After the extra 25minute wait I in total waited another 10 for them to get it right. Which they didn't they gave me a half.made frappe and with no apologies or other options before she walks away said,"oh we don't have any whip cream,"There was a point where this would be the only McDonald's location I would go to when I visit because their food was fast and fresh but there's been a big change either in staff and/or poor lack of management to assure employees are guaranteed customer satisfaction. Until the change, I've gone over to Wendy's until there's a better customer service environment.
01/07/2022I’ll keep it simple, employees are clueless, 30 minutes to receive my food via drive thru. Had to physically walk inside the store because the employees had forgotten about me and two other cars after telling us to park in the “mobile app parking”. Got my receipt at 10:03pm left with my food at 10:33pm.
