Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Enter at your own risk. I don't usually give bad reviews. But I figure this is more of a public service announcement.
How does McDonald's not have carbonated beverages three different times I've tried to buy one there? Isn't that a staple? In one trip, I had my drive thru order not make it to the cashier, had a manager be condescending and rude while attempting to fix it and continue to be loud and obnoxious in the background while I spoke to another manager. Even though this is the most convenient location, I will not go back. They have too many problems.
McDonalds is disgusting..Exception is the fries.If it's not hot, it's even worse.And this time they were cold and soggy..Havnt had McDonalds since COVID started.Thought I'd give it a try after a year or 2..Im never goin back..NOBL1
Not bad but young girl at dfive through could use a dermotologist.Really kinda of gross her complexion terrible.The 2 working drive thru could not have been 15 or 16..no offense shouldn't they be in school learning and good hygiene. Rather than grease and sweat.
Got my order fast only thing missing was one 6 pcs chicken nuggets. Other than that excellent service
No matter the time they are always slow when it comes to delivery pickup. I have waited over 25 mins while watching others come behind me and order their food, receive their food, and drive off. Frustrating to the point I will avoid accepting any deliveries if it is coming from this McDonalds.
This McDonalds is relatively new and has their latest touchscreen kiosk ordering system. The staff does a good job of preparing orders in a quick turnaround. The dining room could be cleaner and the tables can be frequently found in need of a wipe down. Also seems to be a hangout for a number of homeless people in the area.
After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I got home, opened the big mac box and they forgot to put the burgers on it! Really?!!! How do you forget to put the burgers on?????
The first time in my life I have experienced blatant racism/colorism.. this “person” looked over me 3 times while I was standing at the counter, cheerfully handed other customers their orders while ignoring me.. when her coworker asked “did you help her?” She had an attitude, took her time and rolled her eyes while she addressed me.. Then proceeded to have MORE attitude shouting “I don’t care” (about what I’m not sure,) as she walked away. I have never experienced this sort of attitude and it honestly made me sick to my stomach.. These are the type of people you have working in your establishment, representing your brand.. DISGUSTING!
