Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location. After waiting over 10mins to make an order, no came to front so I decided to place an online order. Still waited over 25mins for a single pepperoni pizza that was SUPPOSED TO BE HOT AND READY! Had to ask several times if my pizza was ready! The only response I got was that they were short staffed :(

Ordering online is like playing Russian roulette. Half of the time they miss the order, don’t start making it til you’re there, ran out of dough, “are behind” etc. It can be a whole hour between the time you order and the time you get it. I’ve ordered online before only to show up and find they just closed up shop for the day. This will be the last time for me with this

I ordered the large extra pepperoni pizza and received a pizza with doughy crust but no extra pepperoni at all. The staff seemed overwhelmed, walking to the back staying a long time. One customer walked to the back to ask how much longer for his order.

My boy Anthony be making the best pizzas there and has awesome costumer service

Every time I call, nobody answers. Today was the 3rd time I ordered on-line, with a specific pick-up time, only to have my order not even started when I got there. We even got there 10 minutes late to give them time to pack up. When we told them this was not the first time this has happened, the guy behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude and very unprofessional, to the pont of being offensive. We have been ordering pizzas for our school from here 6 - 8 times per year for SEVEN years. We will never again order from here.

UPDATE: After a month of no responses from Corporate, the store not answering their phone, and the assist store manager refusing to give the refund, I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my credit card. Whatever you do, do NOT order on their website. If they're out of items upon arrival, they will not refund your money and will send you to corporate. Corporate won't respond - at least they haven't to me after several emails and phone calls.---Changing from 3 stars to 1 starOrdered online. They were out of multiple items that I ordered but were unable to refund the out of stock items in the store. I'm now three days into trying to get refunded from their corporate office. Also, the deep dish pizza I ordered was so undercooked that the mozzarella was still in shreds and not melted. Will not go back. This is awful.---The bat pizza advertisement looks a bit different from what I actually received, don't ya think?! Still tasty though. The girl at the counter was pleasant.

Worst pizza buying experience in the Atlanta area. Maybe America. I ordered a pizza online. I recently tried Little caesars again a couple months ago and had a bad experience. This time was no different. They didn't have the dough but told me after waiting 30 minutes. Ordered replacement. Was told 6 minutes but took 30 more minutes and to add to the insult the pizza was still doughy falling apart while the toppings are dropping off the while time. On top of the bad attitudes and unfriendly customer service what else can be said. This isn't the first or second or third time with something like this. Is this what Little Caesars has to offer here?

Ordered delivery, which shouldn’t be an option. Order was confirmed and then they cancelled my order. Nobody is answering the phone and then I receive and email saying my order is ready. My order here says cancelled. I need my refund.

The health department needs to shut this place down. Not a single mask, I watched an employee walk in go to work and not wash their hands. Not to mention waiting almost an hour for food and then it’s still to be wrong. Do you not come here. This franchise owner should be shut down

I placed an online order today at noon and when I showed up at the store after paying online, the store was close. No one there. I tried calling the number on my order and it just kept ringing. How can they take orders and charge people online and not be open?
