My wife and I had really enjoyed coming to L'Thai for the past couple of years. The previous 2 times we've tried to order L'Thai Fried Rice, 1 of them has been the completely wrong entree each time. The 1st time I thought I had placed the wrong order online even though after investigating I had selected the correct entree. The 2nd time this happened; I tried asking the woman behind the cash register why it kept happening and what could I do on my end to fix it. There was a disconnect and we just kept talking in circles, but she did admit she rung it up wrong. I was already pressed for time and said it's fine and left.I called back 6 days later because life happens and the owner's response (who didn't bother to get on the phone) said it had been too long for me to get 1 comped entree.Mistakes happen and I understand that, but the lack of effort to try and make this right sucked. There had been times I had waited 45 minutes on to-go orders when they were clearly short staffed, and I didn't complain and was understanding during those times. I had been a loyal customer up until this point, but I will not be coming back.

The food was either too sweet ( General Tao’s chicken), too salty( the crispy basil duck) or too spicy and too sweet ( the roasted duck curry). The sauces all tasted store bought, and had no finesse to them. The reviews on line were great, so this turned out to be a disappointment.

I would not recommend. The staff is extremely rude. I came in to place a to go order. The lady was extremely rude and laughed as I asked if they could marinate tofu. She then stepped away as I was about to pay and said, "excuse me" to step out of her way. I step aside then she said "behind you" with a smart remark. I'm glad I didn't get my meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Treat your customers with respect.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants. Food it always good and so is the service. I usually order to go but this time I sat inside.

I wish I got some photos of my experience. This was a fantastic, romantic, low-key restaurant. I really enjoyed the impromptu date with my fiancé. The service was excellent and the vibe was even better. I definitely plant to move to L’Thai whether I’m 4 minutes away or 40 minutes. The food was so delicious and I loved the vibe so much. The entire evening was amazing! Thank you so much.

The dishes are delicious, you won’t order any wrong dish there. The waitress is very kind and sweet!

This was the best organic, gluten free Thai I’ve ever had (it even rivaled “Fresh and Natural Thai” in Sedona, AZ which has been my favorite until now.) I loved that the portions were closer to a healthy serving size rather than the USA version of a “plate of food.”Even the fried food was light and perfectly cooked.Well done, L’Thai! Such a treat for our “Sisters’ Reunion!”

Ate here on 2/23/22. I reserved a table for one. You currently have to make reservations to dine-in because I think they are short staffed. I ordered Flash Fried Basil Rolls for appetizer and Bangkok Mango Tofu for my entree. Both were fresh and delicious. My waitress was also attentive and nice. It’s nice to be able to eat familiar stables (such as fried breaded tofu) that is also gluten-free. I will be returning.

Finally - I’m able to enjoy Asian cuisine again with their extensive gluten-free offerings and batter! I enjoyed the Veggie Tempura, the Calamari Tempura, and the Sesame Chicken. They were all delicious and the sesame chicken melted in my mouth. They also have an extensive beer and wine list - prices are great. One note - you need to call ahead for a reservation while they’re understaffed. Will definitely be back regularly!

My lunch pick up order was fantastic. This is my second time ordering take out. I've had no problems with ordering or with the food.
