Taste is little ok. not that good compared to Other KFC. Can improve quality of the chicken.
Extra crispy chicken breast had raw breading on one end. So yucky. The potatoes barely had any gravy. And, the window person didn’t give me my drink! Poor service overall
I would give negative stars if i could. Too busy parking cars for the game. Every time i mean everytime they screw up my order. Today no mashed pot in one box no coleslaw in the other plus all the employees are rude. This place sucks. Eat kfc atleast twice a week. Never from here again
This was my first visit to this location. Just happened to be Wednesday - 3 piece, two sides, biscuit, and drink for $6.99. Went around 145p. No line in the drive thru. Quick in and out. Most likely visiting again for the Wednesday special.Update: I went back two weeks later around the same time and ordered the same special. This time chicken was a bit dry. Potatoes were lumpy. Unfortunately, they were out of tea, so I ordered punch but tasted like it had no sugar. I'm not sure if it was the chicken or the potatoes, but after eating something, I had a soapy aftertaste.
Typically I’d never order this nasty food. However I’m sick, so I thought a pot pie would be a good choice. I Placed an order through GrubHub for a chicken pot pie. Order was accepted by KFC. GrubHub driver was notified order was ready. When she got to kfc she was told the order was in the oven. She goes back in to check on it & is then told it’s not in the oven. Then told by a 3rd person that they don’t even have any pot pies. Completely wasted the GrubHub drivers time & money, as well as mine. The manager, Courtney, was rude & unhelpful. If you can’t fulfill an order, it shouldn’t be accepted. Apparently they were having too much fun goofing off in the empty store to realize there was an order they couldn’t fulfill. I have also contacted corporate office due to the rudeness of the store staff.
Staff was amazing I pulled up after a long day of traveling and they was about to close and they still took care of us - food was great had 8 wings and biscuits late staff on Sunday 6/12/22 was fabulous
Friendly staff (I had THREE DIFFERENT WORKERS ask how my meal was and if I needed anything else) and excellently-prepared food. I will definitely be back!
Customer service was extremely poor. Staff (Brandon and another guy) were very rude . Gave me a wrong order and wen I complained he was so rude about it , took it away and brought yet another wrong order. The sweet tea was just sugar in it I had to thrash it. This is very bad customer service for kfc. I’m done with kfc

Horrible customer service!! Hours say 1030, walked in the open front door after no answer in drive thru and the guy walking around stated they opened at 1030. I informed him it was 1034. Then a manager came up and said they wouldn't be open until around 11. Instead of crew, apparently you need new managers.
