I go here to get my son and I a sandwich when I pick him up from school quite often and everytime there is either a clean drive thru (no one in line ) or myself and one vehicle in front of me . everytime I approach the mic im always on hold for a long time then when I take my order they either mess up my order by putting condiments on it that I said I didn't want or get the order right and still make you wait all day while I only want 1 or 2 sandwiches . while they talking and playing the whole time in the kitchen .I can only give 2 stars because the two gentlemen I seen in the store at the drive thru today 7/8/22 at around about 7pm-8pm were nice and helped with my apple pay . but yall need to stop putting folks on hold and having them in the drive thru extra long when its only 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru and 4 or 5 of yall in there WITH NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE STORE . and I should have my drink while waiting on you all day .Thank you btw I dont recommend the chicken wrap either , and they had no turkey at all . like how is that possible at a sandwich shop . get it together.
Decent service. Food was average. Neither good nor bad. I've had better. Price point for value, on par. Would I return again.... prob not. I prefer the taste from a different shop, but that's just me.
Walked in & ordered 2 sandwiches. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Employees were polite and professional. It was nice going into a business and interacting with employees that didn’t act like I was inconveniencing them, actually seemed to not mind the fact that they were at work, and overall just pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning.
I give them only 3 stars as my delivery order took 2 hours and the chips were the wrong I wanted Barbacue the sub was good so I gave it 3 stars.
Had to repeat my order 8 times at the window only for the young lady to ask again did I want to make it a combo. I led with that.....yes I want a combo. I just left the drive through due to the failed communication. Horrible service. I wish I could give 0 stars.
We went through the drive thru, and I was weary bc I like a lot of Mayo on my sandwich, so not being able to see how much would be on it was a little nerve racking. My boyfriend said extra extra Mayo. They delivered! The beach club is my favorite and it was so delicious, like seriously. Everything was fresh.
Workers are unresponsive and unfriendly. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response and took honking at the window twice to get them to take my order…and then took 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches when the inside was closed…not freaky fast
Called in an order was able to pick it up before getting back on the expressway and the app enabled me to take my time and get what I want on my sandwich. It was fresh and delicious.
All I can say that this specific store is lucky to have Carl as their assistant manager! I appreciate his willingness to help and turn a frustrating situation into a happy solved one in the end. Thank you Carl
If Tiffany is a GM she needs to be fired immediately because she intentionally, did not make sure my order went out the door, when this was the second time I received a wrong order. The driver showed up with my co-worker order and not my order and it was intentional. Because Tiffany and I exchanged words on the phone because instead of her listening to what I had to say, she was too busy talking over me and not allowing me as the customer to talk and this is where the confusion came in and she had to correct her communication for not listening. So, to punish me----- I ordered my food at 12:00 and it's 3:00 and my food still has not arrived. I spoke to another male manager who did me the same way, not listening and cutting me off. AND THIS IS WHY THE RATING IS A 3.7 THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN.
