Got a grilled cheese and fries for my grandson and it was $13 without a drink. The grilled cheese tasted like the grill had not been cleaned and tasted of burnt meat! Not kidding. The fries, which are usually good were hard and over cooked. Pretty sure they may have been refried and sitting around a while. The peanuts were good while I waited for the food to be finished to go. Lol. Bottom line: they dropped the ball big time on this order! The employees were nice. I really hate giving 1 star out, but this was a total waste of time and money. Sorry. Had to shoot straight.

Had to get my cheeseburger ? burger and fry ? fix…was soooo good :) Everyone that works here is so nice too. Place is also very clean.
Five Guys... why have a Freestyle Machine and not offer All of the choices... Why?! No Worries... I eat there once every 2 years. Good Fries!
Dinner was good and great service. I made a mistake, but the staff person made it right without pause. The ONLY reason I gave a 1 star is because I observed one of the staff wipe her nose, WITHOUT changing her gloves or washing her hands. I'm just grateful that she didn't prepare my food because I would have requested a refund and left.
Ordered for a group here the other day. 4 burgers, 1 grilled cheese, 4 fries. The sandwiches were fantastic. Delicious burgers, tasty grilled cheese, the toppings were generous, you know how it goes. The fries are what keeps this from being a 5-star review. We got plenty, of course -- this is 5 Guys and they don't scimp -- but they were on the lukewarm side and tasted...I don't know, old? Stale? They weren't the best fries I've had at a 5 Guys, that's for sure. At any rate, the burgers were fantastic and the server who took my order was very nice, so I'll probably be back to see if the fries were a fluke. Worth a visit!
Hands down, not only the best burgers around but the staff at this location has ALWAYS went above and beyond every time. I felt I needed to give them a shout out for making us feel more like family than a customer. Thanks guys!!! You all are AMAZING so please never change!!!
Food is always great and the employees are super friendly. Even when i place a order 10 minutes to close. My stomach thanks you all! Lol
Five Guys never fail to succeed satisfaction absolutely love this place they have the best burgers I was overwhelmed with the amount of fries you get here a small is like a large at a regular restaurant lol. And you can enjoy free peanuts while you wait for your food absolutely amazing staff is always friendly and they work together as a team
Just want to Start by stating the obvious. Best burger I've had ever since birth. Except for mom's that's made with love. Either way, this place is busy since they're that damn good. The staff was friendly and efficient. They do their best despite the busy lines so please be patient. The food was well tempt and enough to fill you up for the day. Would definitely go again and again. In moderation ofcourse
