The workers here are very slow and they seem shady. While making orders they were whispering and snickering to each other. I hope they are not tampering with the food. Something wass off with the three young people who worked there Friday June 10, 2022.
My order is always correct, they are very quick and super friendly. I’ve never seen this place messy either.

Unprofessional and rude to patrons when you ask questions. Tried to call in an order and the “mgr” was extremely rude. We asked for the name of the mgr and was told we don’t have to give you that information. We asked bc the person who was picking up the order is disabled and we just wanted to know so he could ask when he got there for help when carrying out the order to his car. Not only were we told no but when he got there the same person was rude and wouldn’t even help him to the car as he is missing one leg and has to use crutches . The “mgr” could barely be understood on the phone as they mumble and won’t speak clearly and was unhelpful. On a previous encounter w the same person we were promised a credit from the general mgr Joe. When we asked for the credit we were told no such credit existed and we still had to pay for our meals. I think this “mgr” could use some training in customer service and how to treat customers
Ordered a Ham & Cheese sandwich and they couldn’t get that right after 2 tries and over 30 minutes of wasted time. They did succeed in one thing though: eliminating any future cravings for FHS.

They are all unprofessional at this location and too young to be running the store by themselves, no mgr on duty, I placed my order for my wife and myself and they forgot to make it cause they were not communicating amongst themselves the cashier and sub maker and listening to music AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!!!
