First time here. The coffee and food was actually good. But that staff is very HOOD. They will cuss each other out in front of customers and care absolutely nothing about it. It was hard for me to make my order how loud the staff was. Even when I sat down to eat, they were continuously still loud, cussing, and arguing about money and tips. My friend who is a pastor met with me there and I was so embarrassed because he had to hear all of this. Yeaaahhhhh…. Definitely won’t be visiting this location again.
I don't usually have a bad experience here...but today, I encountered the rudest person. I frequent this dunking donuts and the staff is usually pretty friendly. I went through the drive thru and the young man on the drive thru was rude, and kept cutting me off. When I pulled up to the window and asked the gentleman I normally see who was on the drive thru he asked the young man to come.to the window. When I address him and told him he was little rude his response: " That is the way I speak, sorry you are so sensitive."" Really!!! That is your response. Rude and disrespectful to your customers. I am far from sensitive, however sounds like you need to look for another job...you are clearly not happy here!
This Dunkin’ Donuts is so horrible with horrific employees and customer service.They’ve even took upon themselves to spit in the food of customers.I would not come get if I were you and I would want who ever did this to be held responsible.
Terrible service! Very rude & disgusting! My sister was missing items that she ordered and when she went back to let them know they gave her the item after spitting in her food.
Horrible customer service these people are the rudest people I have ever experienced at a Dunkin donuts. Don't waste your money my ice coffee was horrible. I wish I could give a lower rating than one star.
My favorite Dunkin. Very fast. Everyone is happy to be at work and they communicate amongst each other very well and affective. GREAT staff.

The donuts were not fresh, the staff was friendly. I would give them a lower rating of it weren't for the nice staff. I passed a place with the light on and regret it. For a hard not fresh donut you can pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to soften it back up.
Fast, friendly drive through! It's a popular place in the mornings, but they still manage to get you in and out efficiently.
They are always so nice to my kids. We go most Fridays. Everytime they talk to the kids and are super patient while they choose.
