Not planning to come to this establishment in the morning ever again. I have spent years living near this Dunkin Donuts. I adored the morning manager and his customer service. I hate he's not there anymore. This new manager leaves a lot to be desired. I was served coffee today with a lid that was not put on properly and caused me to burn my hand badly. The girl there was kind enough to replace it, but the manager made excuses for the staff initially and was not empathetic to the poor way it was served. "What do you want from me was her response. She's rude!" This is my second encounter with her rudeness. I will not be returning in the morning as long as she is there.
Opened back up it's more space,wonderful service,very clean
Remodel does absolutely nothing to appease traffic backing up onto south cobb drive. I always ask for liquid sugar syrup, and am constantly given traditional sugar. Traditional sugar does not dissolve in iced coffee- ew! Who doesn’t love a coffee shop where you could order the exact same thing daily, and each day it’ll taste different!
I've been going to thia location for years, but I never felt inclined to make a review until after the remodel. Great service, fresh doughnuts, and finally a functional drive thru
Waited in line.for about 10 minutes, but.server was very friendlyCoffee was too sweet but sandwich was very good.
Ordered ahead and when I got there I had to wait an additional 10 minutes while they prepared my order, which they weren't busy inside. And then was given the wrong munchkins than I had ordered online.
Have never ordered from here and had it come correct. This morning I ordered a cold brew with almond milk and they put in regular milk— and I am lactose intolerant. Now I’m sick trying to enjoy Thanksgiving with my family. Thanks fornothing, Dunkin. You also forgot the donut!
This is the worst ! Dunkin’ Donuts ever an Indian guy Alam i believe, is his name he’s definitely not professional I was ordering and ask for the manger because the other men who was taking my order wasn’t paying attention nor listening he kept on saying one sec every time I tried to order so I asked for the Alam guy , and I wish I didn’t he make his costumer’s very uncomfortable my daughter says every time she come up here he’s eyeing her and winking at her I didn’t believe until he actually did it to me he even offered me a free coffee if I’d give him my number and I had a sausage biscuit and when I bit into it , it was paper in it i immediately spit it out and I seen his name and his number. I’m very disappointed in this Dunkin’ Donuts never have I have went threw this with any other Dunkin’ Donuts !
There are always SO nice here. 10/10 for customer service and I love their energy. HOWEVER. 3 stars because EVERYTHING HAS THE SAME TASTE. Tastes the way it smells if that makes sense. You ever walk into a Dunkin’ and smelled the air? That’s how everything tastes. Love them only if they could get their products and drinks tasting better.
Absolutely terrible personalities and attitudes that work at this location. I just came up there before they closed. I got there at 8:30 PM there was an African-American gentleman with a turban on his head, I believe, just chatting it up in the window with a customer and not even acknowledging that I was waiting behind her. After waiting five minutes I pulled around the car because I realized they hadn’t ordered anything and the employee yelled out at me “ma’am just go on about your business!” The customer service here is typically terrible anyways but this was the last straw for me. Goodbye.
