Horrible experience! Pizza was gooey and cinnamon twist were full of oil and cold! Spoke with store manager, he would not give me his name, his managers information or my money back! AVOID AT ALL COST!
Manager is one of the most well spoken and kind people I've spoken with. Was having issues getting order placed and he helped out immensely. Will definitely be giving all my business to this location due to him.
I think I’m finally fed up with Domino’s Pizza franchise. I have had nothing but issues from multiple Dominos restaurants. Weather it’s poor quality, the wrong order, multiple hour wait time, etc. This evening I placed an order and it took over an 1.5 hr for it to begin delivery. Then the order said completed yet I never received my order. When I called the lady told me she had knocked on my door. Mind you I’m in a hotel room, I would have heard a knock on the door. Secondly, the two front desk managers never seen anyone with Domino’s. But the lady at Dominos still claimed the delivery driver did knock on my door. What happened to costumer service?

Ordered barbecue chicken bites from the app. Did not know it had cheese on it so I tried to get an exchange for regular chicken bites. I was told no because it states cheese in the description. Once I showed the General Manager there were no descriptions on the app he told me I should have looked at the picture. The picture did not look like cheese or else I would not have ordered the chicken (I don’t like cheese). I asked for a refund and I was told by the general manager that he could not refund the bites and don’t use the app anymore to order. I explained the website encourages you to download the app. He stated I should not use the app or even eat from dominoes because he surely don’t eat from there.
manager is very rude to customers & doesn’t make orders right/issue refunds for the incorrect order. then says “oh well”.

If you want to lose faith in a brand, get disrespected, called a liar and told that your order didn't taste good coz of your selections and then get hung up on, then this is the place to go and don't forget to ask for Derek! He will make sure you get the perfect horrific treatment you want as a paying customer. We always order the same large pizza for carryout and have been doing that for a few years at this location, but when it came, it tasted like a really different pizza (more like ketchup and cheese on a bread). When I called the store to see what changed recently when our order is always the same, Derek put us on a 5 min hold just to tell that that's how they've always been making this pizza and called me a liar! We have been eating the same thing for 2 years now and it was NOT the same! And then he went on to disrespect us by saying that when he was making our order, he thought it was not gonna taste great at all. Well Derek, you can check our order history and we got the same thing last time and they did a great job, unlike this time! He was super rude and even refused to give me his name over the phone and then just hung up, well good thing is I saw in the Tracker who made our order. I will be reporting this to the Corporate office too as this is no way to treat a customer. Quitting domino's forever!
They cancel orders all day long instead of just doing they job they do not be close so I don’t get it then nobody answers the phone .. won’t get my business no more worst dominoes in history of dominoes lazy ppl
