I ordered pizza from here a few times this year. The food was good and the staff was friendly.

Would leave 0 if possible. Got directed to a call center, which should have been a red flag given its a pizza joint, and then was charged for our food but it never showed up. Tried to call the same number back to ask what happened/ for a refund and we just listened to ads for 30 minutes because no one answered. If the business is closed or low on staff, its fine, we can go elsewhere, but the call center was bizarre and they did take our money.

Came here from out of town called for delivery after Game was over, lady answered phone asked for address I gave her hotel address she said she needed zip code , I told her to hang on a second I didn't know it as my wife looked it up within 3 seconds she hung up on me . I called back and they kept me on hold for over 30 min until closing time then couldn't reach anybody to place a order. My hotel is less than 2 miles from this dominos location but she didn't know the zip code and she works here lol This dominos wasn't helpful at all

Today is Sunday 5/15/22, I ordered a Pizza and other items online around 12pm. I contacted the store because on the order tracker it stated that the order was still being prepared at 12:35pm. I contact the store to be told that they had 0 record of my order. Then transferred me to a Female who stated that they had 0 delivery drivers. She stated that she would have one there within the next 20 minutes. The question was how long was it going to take to get my food. She said that she could not give me a time.Then she wanted to be rude and ask me if I could come get it. Furthermore stating that she has no control over the Website, and I told her I had 0 control over her employees coming to work.Furthermore if an online delivery was placed and you knew that you had 0 drivers, contact the customer and relay that information so they can decide to wait or cancel the order and get a refund.Whomever this ignorant person was hung up on me as they were trying to get smart. These people from the top to the bottom need retraining!!!

Honestly, a really big fan of this location. We usually place online orders for pickup and they are always on time and fresh out of the oven once we walk in. Additionally, the staff has always been very friendly and attentive. Would recommend this location.

This place is conventional and the staff is very pleasant. I was on my way home from shopping at Home Depot, decided I wanted pizza for dinner, pulled into the parking lot, placed my order on the app and my pizza was ready 7 or 8 minutes later. Couldn't have been easier.

Horrible. Waited almost an hour and our order was still only on prep. Called 3 times and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Never again.

If you love fresh and hot food along with great customer service then don’t come here. Told them my food was not satisfying and appealing and they didn’t even want to resolve the issue. I had to talk to so many people to ask them to resolve the issue. They didn’t want to remake the Pizzas and they didn’t want to give a refund. I had to make them give me something for my concerns.The food was cold and the appearance of the pizza was not appealing enough to eat. It looked rushed and not made with care. The manager Jeff was rude and unprofessional, the woman manager as well was extremely rude and sent unrealistic threats. They were the worst of the worst and horrible representations of the company. I’ll never return to any dominos. They were the lowest of the low when it comes to customer service and resolving customer concerns. They were negative and lack accountability along with empathy for customer concerns and the situation at hand. They lacked integrity and respect for the company and customers. They refused to listen to my concerns continuously interrupted me on the phone and in the store. The manager/ store owner was uncooperative and attempted to call the police and have me banned for a complaint. They also informed me that the customer is not right and that is the thing of the past, it’s 2021 no one goes by that said Jeff the manager. I plan to take this situation to the Highest of the high since the manager told me this is a franchise location and they can do whatever they want. I believe the other manager name who thought she was going to whoop me was Taylor but not sure never got her name. Tall goofy looking white girl with glasses acting big and bad until it’s time to really be big and bad.Rude managers and employees. Unprofessional lacking morals and professionalism. Lack of empathy, sympathy and concern for my experience. Unwilling to resolve issue fully took three people to get the issue somewhat addressed even still they were nasty. Just nasty rude people at this location and I’ll be taking this to the BBB, writing reviews not only here but google reviews and yelp. Along with sending a letter to corporate and speaking with a legal representative over the threat from the employee. I will also be sure to tell those in this area about this location. This is not the end. They did what all white folks do best call the police and play victim after testing the real victim and after issuing the disrespect.

This place is GROSS, no one wears gloves or masks, while making your food. We are in the middle of a PANDEMIC and this place isn’t clean. If you have food allergies, don’t go here. The delivery person placed my food, on the ground in front of my door, right next trash can, as if he was servicing a dog. I waited for 2 hours just to have to get out of my bed and take the dried out, tampered with pizza and dessert, all the way back to their disgusting establishment. Just a horrible experience. If you think I’m lying just walk in and observe for yourself.????‍? P.S. If I could give zero stars I would. What’s the health department when you need it?
