I love Del Taco food... But do NOT go to this location at night. It's worth driving to a different location. We have sat stuck in the line 2 separate times between the ordering speaker and the window for a really long time. Bad service. We will be driving to a different location from now on even though this one is closest to our house... The worker at the window was also very confused by our mobile order and inattentive.
I love their chicken soft Tacos and the Carne asada fries are very tasty. They are usually pretty fast. They frequently get the order wrong, however. I don't complain because I figure they are not being paid well. I always come back because Tacos!
Great food .. and awesome service.. this employee named Messiah Lockett Deserves a raise .. he was so attentive and helpful. Del taco needs more employee him!
Ordered on 5/21/22 and it was the worst experience ever. We waited for 20 minutes to receive our food extremely cold and our drinks watered down. We ordered 2 chicken burritos which fell extremely short on the del tacos i was accustomed to out west. Our fish tacos were cold and dry and our strawberry lemonade was watered down. I looked for the receipt just to realize I did not get a receipt for my purchase so god knows what I was charged!!!!! This has been the worst experience ever!!!!
Ordered hard shell tacos and all were broken. They had obviously been sitting awhile as well. They were soggy. This place used to be good but is going down. The new crew they have working is about as soggy as their tacos. No personality !!!
I would have liked to have gotten DelTaco today, but the restaurant doors were locked, and there was a long line for the drive-thru. Some of us like to go inside. I refuse to go to restaurants that won't open the dining room in 2022.
I just discovered the beer battered soft tacos. I normally like hard shell beef tacos, but they were rather tasty! I'll be back.
Food was good for fast food. The floors were very sticky so it made me question the cleanliness.
First time here. My lady said they're better than Taco bell. I liked what I ordered which was chicken tacos and got a strawberry sprite which was something different for me. I wouldn't suggest this with a chicken taco lol unless you like eating strawberry's with it while drinking your soda. I enjoyed my order. I only have 4 stars because I went thru drive thru and not inside. But the ladies working drive thru were really great.
(1) "Your order has been confirmed. Upon arrival, please check-in and we will begin preparing your order." No. If I pay in advance and select "Immediately," prepare my food. There is no reason to offer online orders if you then choose to handle them this way.(2) 3/4 of my small cup of guacamole was a whole, un-smashed avocado. Can't dip my chips in that.(3) If the drive thru worker was mute, I admire Del Taco's commitment to hiring disabled individuals. If she wasn't, some basic customer service training would be great.
