Slow drive through. Cant hear the speaker. Hashbrowns are always cold. One of the least friendly stores in the area. They barely acknowledge your existance and their expression is like your an inconvenience when you pull up.
I came through the drive through frantic this morning, because my caterer cancelled 10 minutes prior to my event started, so i had to order 50 sandwiches & sides through the drive through AND coffee, not only were they super helpful & nice but they made sure their was nothing else I needed before I left. Great service.
The restaurant was filthy! Visited this location last Saturday evening around 6. Trash was overflowing in dining room and bathroom. Tables and chairs weren't wiped down. I had to ask an employee to give me some type of disinfect to wipe my table with and she provided me some wipes...although she should have taken the ask and did the cleaning herself. I was extremely shocked at all of this due to the usual high standards Chick-fil-a lives by. Hope this was a one time flook.
I stopped going to this location several months ago because I did not feel it was on the same level of quality service and food as other Chick-fil-A's in the area. (Chicken always seems smaller, and breakfast biscuits always seem to be just thrown together.) And don't get me started on trying to get into the parking lot. A few days ago, I decided to stop by this one because of limited time. I went inside to the outer lobby to pick up my order. I would have been standing there forever if someone hadn't walked by and told me that you can no longer pick up your food on the shelf that says "pick up" but rather you have to go inside to the counter and let them know your name so they can give you your meal. I feel simple signage or even taking the pickup shelf out of the outer lobby could help avoid confusion. While I enjoy CFA, this location always leaves me dissatisfied, so I'll continue going to others and not this one. (Avoid)
This particular CFA is super slow. There is always a line of cars wrapped around the restaurant and usually extends out to south Cobb drive. Inside service is also super slow. Employees seem young and clueless. Place just never seems to have it together. I'd avoid this location at all costs. Save some time and go to Zaxby's across the street
This location has gone downhill the past few months. I honestly can’t remember the last time they got my order right and the food quality has gone down as well. I am going to have to drive to a further location before going here anymore
Chick Fil A is usually my go to for a good chicken deluxe sandwich. But at this locate isnt the place. The chicken is really small and dry (I have been there a few times) and I dont recommend this location. I asked the manager why the chicken is so small and he had no reply.
Still. Without a doubt. The reigning champion of the DRIEST food on the face of the planet. I challenge you to find a single food item ANYWHERE more parched than their plain regular chicken sandwich. It simply does not exist. I would argue the single pickle they put on it and the toasted bun makes it even worse.
Let me start by saying I’m a Signature Member with Chick-fil-A. My family and I visit this location at least twice a week (spent $36+ just last night) I had a minor issue today from another location with too much salt on our fries. By the time I realized it I was closer to the the South Cobb Dr. location. When I went in to politely ask they remake the fries the manager on-duty told me no and I responded that was very poor customer service and said I won’t be visiting this location in the future and she said “that’s fine”. Needless to say I won’t darken the doorstep of the Chick-fil-A. Truett Cathy would be appalled to say the least.
Easily the slowest, and probably the rudest, Chick-fil-A's I've been too. As several reviews have mentioned before, line frequently backs up onto the main road, and the line moves slowly. Workers are rude as well, especially by Chick-fil-A standards. Don't let the overall high rating fool you (like it did me when picking this location), the recent review are all worse.
