Honestly this location isn’t run badly however, the traffic for the drive through completely makes it near impossible to get out of the location once you’ve gone through the line or to even get IN line. Not to mention that when placing your order, they did not ask for sizes of drinks or fries ( wanted to get a large drink) and they seem stingy with sauces as we did not receive our sauces we asked for when placing the order (shown on receipt) and was only given 3 ketchups for 2 full meals once we asked at the window …. assuming the sauces were correct already. Furthermore, Im not sure when they stopped giving out straws for drinks … especially a milkshake ???? but , they were fairly busy however this does not excuse the basics. Oh yeah and our large fries were only half full …. weird.
I went late around 8:30 or 9pm so the drive thru was a breeze. I am not sure if its this location but anytime I get any type of sandwich or nuggets I get an upset stomach. Knowing this, I have essentially stopped going. I ordered 2 salads and 2 large French fries with 0 drinks and the total was about $25. I was shocked at the high price point and won't be going back. Service at the drive through is always pleasant and logistically they know what they are doing however, I'll still make my own chicken and salads at home.
I have never had an experience like this before !! So upset that there was a DEAD BUG in my food!!
The drive through lines will be long, but QUICK!! Always service with a smile, so don't let the long lines intimidate you it's not what it think! My kids can't wait to return.
Chic-fil-A understands customer service. I’m just a few more terrible experiences with other fast food joints to make the decision to exclusively eat Chic-fil-A anytime I want fast food. No other place is worth the hassle when you know Chic-fil-A will do right by you.
I love sitting at this location and working on my studies via the wifi. The food is always fresh, as is the service. I am highly impressed at the professionalism of such young emoyees.

There are many aspects to Chick-Fil-A that make them more unique than most. The incredibly fast drive-thru, the service, the respect their employees have for their customers, and the fact that they are closed on Sundays as a day to rest and worship. They are consistently respectful to their customers and always make everyone feel welcomed. Their food is always warm and ready to eat and they have a lot of options.
Most un chic fi la experience i have ever had. It was like being at a McDonald's in Smyrna. The staff wasn't really rude but not friendly as you come to expect at cfa. Even though the dining room was not busy the food took forever to come out. Had to finally ask for a refill at the counter after waiting with my cup as numerous staffers ignored meWon't be back here!
Customer service use to be amazing now they’re hiring ppl that should be working at Walmart . I order as usual. When I get to the window she ask for John I say no my name is Deon this individual try’s to tell me no your name is John. like what? Hands me the order and fries are missing. Last time coming to this location. Customer service is trash since the Covid era
