We were there about 2 weeks ago and learn that the waitress upgrade our liquor purchased to top shelf, hence theft of services. Then on top of that the overall bill increased her "mandatory" tip, for services that were not that great. I could see them doing this tip policy during COVID, but to continue is ridiculous; especially when the services aren't that great. Watch your bills when you go here ... this is another get rich quick scheme in ATL. ???
I went to the Patio Grill with my family and I enjoyed it. Great music and atmosphere!
get vibes beautiful waitresses. great customer service . great place to get a drink and chill
A customer should never have to hunt down the waitress. When a customer walks in please greet them. The customer is the life source of a business. Funny how she saw us walk in and we had to go to the bar for drinks. SmhToo comfortable management please do mystery shopping u might be surprised.Nice environment and cigar section brush it upThanks
We liked their pizzas. It has a hint of sweetness to it. Server did great working with us. Its a little pricey but we got leftovers. White pizza is highly recommended.
I am a huge fan of pizza so family and friends always give me places to try. I visited Chicago Pizza & Sports Grille for the first time yesterday. Needless to say, I won't be returning. First, sixteen (16) wings were $24.99. The lemon pepper wings were HEAVILY seasoned. I informed the waitress and she said she hears that a lot. The dough for the deep dish pizza is too thick. We could barely find the pepperoni on the pizza. Sauce looks like it was just poured on. Lastly, they automatically charge 20% gratuity for coming on game days, special days, parties of 6 or more, or if your bill is over $50. Well, it was two of us and with pizza, wings, and drinks (soda) that ended up paying the 20%. For the quality of food and prices, I will continue to support Nancy's Pizzeria.
Its really nice inside. The interior design really helps set the mood for a GREAT time of laugh, conversations, drink and GREAT tasting food. I got the Chicago Dog and it was perfect. The meat of the dog was exactly what it should have been for that style dog, not a basic Frank's ballpark dressed Chicago style. I really enjoyed myself and will be back.
Once my husband and I figure where to go to be seated. Our waitress Yanie was very sweet and helpful and always checking on us.The food was very delicious, we will be returning the next time we are in Ga.
The food is wonderful the atmosphere is nice the prices can get away from you if you're not careful how you order I had a medium deep dish and appetizer sampler and three beers and it was $70 I've been there two days in a row yesterday's lunch was a lot cheaper it was just the Chicago dogs in an iced tea I will say that the view is exceptional and honestly may be the best reason to go for lunch besides in the food
Chicago pizza is am ok place to go if you just happened to be on that side of town. But I wouldn't drive more than 10mins to get it. With the addition of "The Patio" you get a strong Restaurant by day, club at night vibe. So not kid friendly after dark. The drinks are watered down and the wings come in a bowl of sauce to toss yourself i guess??
