Smyrna location. Poor manager was doing everything, he said no one wants to work. The food was good.
Customer service was awesome!! Food came out fast, hot, and correct! Will definitely be coming back!
Close this place down or get a whole different crew. Ordered my food and it took forever not only did it take forever but it was warm, not hot at all. Checked my order before I left and they forgot two items, waited for them to bring it out and it took 15 mins.. Still didn't get the items they forgot so I left.. Won't catch me going their no more!!! Wish I could give them a negative 5 stars..
Food was great service was awesome given they are short staffed only complaint I have is the kids chicken meal the chicken was so small. Other then that it was really good
They served us a chicken tender kids meal that was all very hard breading and a small amount of chicken jerky on the inside. Its a shame someone actually served this to another human.
Fastest service I've ever gotten at a Captain D's! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it seemed expensive for fast food.

The employees were rude,unprofessional! I registered a detailed complaint on the Captain D's website last week and I still haven't had anyone contact me! I hope that someone will contact me to try to resolve this matter very soon!Thank you!
All the lights are off inside and in the drive-thru like they are closed. The sweet tea had no sugar when brought to their attention they took my cup back added sugar from the bag on the counter and handed it back. When ordering through the drive-thru it was explained they are out of all sides except coleslaw. The coleslaw was HOT fish also hot but made me concerned about how long the fish had been out unrefrigerated and risk me getting sick. I would avoid this place and will not be back.
I got 2 lemon pepper baked the rice was very hard been sitting all day the fish wasn't cooked the right way and they just poured seasoning on it after it was put on the rice. wow it was very very bad I have never ate at a establishment that truly did not care about their customers nor their food this was the most horrible disgusting meal I have ever eaten I'm asking any and everyone do not go to the Captain D's on South Cobb drive I'm in Marietta Smyrna in the evening time I went February 1st 2022 about 6:00 p.m. it was horrible.
