I initially ordered cupcakes from another baker for my moms surprise bday party, however she closed early with all of my custom cupcakes. I was so upset, however I found Cami Cakes and realized it was black owned. I drove all the way from Covington GA b.c they were one of the only places open late enough when I got off work. They did Not disappoint. They were so good and moist. I had such wide variety of cupcakes to choose from everyone was so happy. I am a lifetime customer now. Thanks so much. You saved my moms Bday!!!!
I stopped in to get some cupcakes for a birthday celebration and they were great! The frosting is delicious without being too sweet, and we especially liked the carrot cake cupcakes. The service was also good - I quickly got my cupcakes safely packed by helpful, nice staff.
Definitely wanted to try local food when I visited Atlanta and I'm glad I tried out this place. The cookie butter and the peach cobbler cupcakes were my favorites; not overly sweet and really delicious.
Used to be my favorite cake spot. Quality has definitely went down. Used to visit the one on Peachtree and always got great tasting cupcakes. Got 3 cupcakes and was done after 1 and a half, didn't even eat the third. I was a little disappointed. Piece of Cake is definitely giving them a run for their money.
Customer service is the worst! When the store is not closing early, they are playing ghetto rap music with derogatory and violent language. I was embarrassed to bring my 6yo daughter. Every girl seems to have the WORST attitude!! I get there is a labor shortage, but how desperate do you have to be? It is in serious need of new management. I definitely won’t be back any time soon.
It’s the non customer service for me… Lack there of… I don’t like giving bad reviews…. However, the woman boxing the baked goods had an attitude and was rushing the customers with their choices.. She boxed 4 cupcakes in 2 different containers… when I asked why couldn’t they just go in 1 box… I got a rude NO… the other lady tried to fix things after she saw my disappointment, but it was too late… cupcakes We’re good but not good enough for me to ever go back, I cannot pay for the treatment or service…. Sorry ? This was at the Cumberland Mall location… go figure ☹️

5 stars for the cupcakes only, the staff is horrible and rude they need proper customer service skills and this place would be up 40-50% in sales.I always visit Smyrna location because its less than 5 min from my home.Management please please get your employees trained in customer service skills!I'll be visiting this location in about a week if service isn't improved I'm over it!
I bought 6 cupcakes from the Cumberland Mall location a week ago. I was super excited to bring them out for an event that night with my friends and family. I did right, by making sure that I was careful with the box the entire time.To my utter dismay, I find that the cakes all fell over in the box, due to either too much space or not secured.Even more upset that after trying one of the Strawberry Shortcake cupcakes, I find it just tastes like a corn muffin, with fancy icing.I don't think I'll be going back, because I'm pretty sure I can make better Strawberry muffins at home.
The ladies working there are cool and kind. The red velvet cake is so good! I normally do not order or like red velvet, but it was delicious. It had a crunchy layer and the buttercream was melt-in-your-mouth smooth. My ONLY feedback would be to have a tip option when using a card.
