The staff here are amazing! The atmosphere is completely awesome! It's a great spot to just relax and chill at!
I don’t get the hype. For one the person with yellow hair who rang us up was very rude and snappy. Our coffees were just okay. My wife’s mocha had grounds in it. The French toast was served with a waxy, ice cold puck on top. I think it was supposed to be butter, but really not sure. Our egg bowl was served with a 1/4 avocado that was inedible. It was so under-ripe that you couldn’t cut it with a knife. We asked for some that was ripe and they said they were all like that. Don’t serve it if it’s inedible. Put a sign up that you’re out of avocado. They want tips but just yell when your coffee is ready instead of bringing to your table. Overall, a dud for us.

This place is a hidden gem, we found it a few months ago, and now go in at least once a week. The breakfast sandwiches are great as well as the coffee, our favorite is the Honey Bee, super delish! Their lunch sandwiches are great as well. Stop by and enjoy the amazing food and awesome service!!
I found this Cafe on a bike ride and decided to stop by. I wanted a small red bull and the price was $4 and some change, I got a coffee instead. It was not fresh. The atmosphere is good. Nice art on the walls. This place has serious potential and I provide honesty here for understanding all around. Not a bad spot by any means. It feels like that old school cafe vibe with a post modern twist. I will give my support to this business. The community needs more places like this. It's imperfections actually complement it, if that makes any sense. The location is wonderful. On a pretty day, the outside tables are quite a luxury. Fours stars because somebody behind the scenes loves this place enough to make it what it is.
I came back and changed my rating — a full 5 stars. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and the manager. They are lovely people. It’s obvious they appreciate your business. Also, the food is fresh and delicious. Additionally, you can get a mimosa any day of the week. What’s not to love????
Fantastic place to eat breakfast & brunch! We had the Egg Bowl & Avocado Toast was on point. Also the dark roast coffee I had with Oak Milk you have to try. And this is coming from a New Orleanian. Staff was very kind. Location was comforting and beautiful.
Cute little coffee shop with surprisingly wide variety of menu options! I had the avo toast and the ingredients were so fresh and delicious. However I do wish they had more gluten free options. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Love the small family business vibe!
Found this little place today and we were happily surprised. We placed our order and got a table right away. We got the egg bowl with a side of hashbrowns and the avocado toast. Everything was fresh and delicious! The cappuccino was very good too. The thing I liked the best was they have non-pork meat options, like chicken sausage, which are sometimes hard to find.. Definitely will come back
The breakfast was exceptional. As a home cook I pride myself on using the best ingredients and Cafe Lucia does the same. None of the items needed any additional seasoning. I ordered sweet potato pancakes, an omelette, hash browns, dirty bird sandwich, ice banana split latte and a hot latte. Even the lattes had the perfect balance of sweetness. I hardly ever do reviews but they deserve every bit of these five stars. Did I mention I hate breakfast food because it’s usually so bland and it’s always a hit or miss. ?
