A lot of People on the drive tru about 10 cars and inside the employes eating ice cream...like if no body waiting and close to order inside really? 9:00pm smyrna georgia South cobb ???
Y'all be careful at this location... If you are going through the drive-thru please open your eyes wide when the cashier is using your card... I was debited for an unknown transaction 3 times. Had to call my bank to get my money back... Half of my rent was gone.
Rosio , not sure how to spell her name but she provided amazing customer service !!!!!!!!! And she is so sweet . Keep up the good work girl, we need more workers like you out there !!!!
This is the worst location I've ever been through. I watched 30 cars go through this drive through while I sit in here waiting for two basic combos take 30 minutes. They made all there orders before mine.
Arrived at the following location around 9:30 just to be told at the window that they were currently closed. Please explain why via your website it states your closing time is 12? Very much so unprofessional employees and clearly false advertisement.
I absolutely love Shakira and James at this Burger King. I have to be at work at 6:30 AM and I can always count on them being there. The other Burger Kings around you can go to them it says they're open online but no one's there when you get there. Thank you James and Shakira for everything that you guys do. If they ever leave I'm following them.
This is the WORST Burger King. I’ve been here three times in the last week just after 10pm, there are always at least 3 people inside on their phones, and there are a line of cars in the drive thru and no one gets their orders taken. Tonight when I drove around to the window after not being waited on at the speaker, they told me they were closed (although their posted hours say open until 12). Don’t waste your time even trying this place after dark. Drive another mile down the road and go to McDonalds.
Don’t bother coming here after dark. There’s always some sort of problem. Drive thru was wrapped around the building but I had no choice but to wait since I already paid through the app and their dining room was locked. After waiting nearly an hour they gave me my food which sure enough turned out to be completely wrong. Way to ruin my night Burger King. Won’t be coming back
This Burger King is stilling people money right from up under you noise over charging not giving the right orders customer service is the worst management is off the streets OMG dont ever eat here that why the drive thru and restaurant is always empty
This might be the fastest Burger King in Atlanta. I drive for rideshare so I've gone to a lot of them. The food was hot and fresh and made well. With four cars in front of me, I was in and out of the drive-thru in under 3 minutes!
