From the manager to the staff great food and drinks thank you for making my special Day fun with love.

The calamari that we came for lived up to its online praise, with a flavorsome, crispy batter. It wasn't so thick that you couldn't taste the squid, or so thin that it would shatter from a single fork prod. Most importantly - someone in the kitchen had a deft and restrained hand with the Cajun seasoning. It was just there to provide a tingle and spice, but not so much that we'd need to lap at the fire hydrant after dinner. In essence, it was - without exaggeration - one of the best fried calamari we'd ever encountered. The only thing that would've pushed this over the top would have been Thai sweet chili sauce at the table (arguably the best condiment for fried calamari. I'll fight you on that.) I was initially disappointed that the serving size was smaller than I would've liked, but I've also never met a serving size big enough to satisfy me, so take that as you will. While I would've happily made a dinner out of six baskets of fried calamari, my husband has a far better mind about eating healthy stuff and being nutritious and all that. We ordered a few other things, including clam chowder. Since our San Francisco trip, daily longings for chowder have hit hard, so we were delighted to find that the serving size here is pretty generous. It wasn't Golden Gate good, but with meaty clam chunks and tender chunks of potatoes throughout, it scratched the itch beautifully (if you order it, you'll almost definitely have to salt it yourself because it was bland when it got to the table. We appreciated the opportunity to control our sodium intake.)Full review at pageandspoon.com

Great Smyrna crab boil spot! Solid seafood appetizers and your choice of seasoning and spice on the boiled crab legs. Thoughtful and attentive wait staff keeps things running smoothly. The building itself had a great layout with a variety of indoor and outdoor seating options.

Food was poor, Juicy crab is by far not my favorite place to go for seafood....but I would go there in a heartbeat before I go back to Ben's crab. Almost no flavor at all no matter what sauce your choosing. Even with a cup of the "fire me up" sauce on the side literally added 0 punch/umph/pizazz (whatever word you want to use) to my food. Lobster tail was slightly overcooked, didn't pull loosely out of its tail. Crab legs were slightly overcooked as well. Best part of the meal were the hushpuppies. Would have taken more photos of my food...but after a couple of servings from my bag I knew immediately it wasn't worth it. Staff very friendly though, waitress (with dreads and Egyptian tattoo on the neck) was on point and very friendly!

Happy Anniversary to my husband of 13 years! We stopped by Ben's on a whim for lunch. The dinning room has a classy but laid back atmosphere. The service was great. I got the fish and chips, which was served with Cajun fries. It was a nontraditional but delicious flavor fish, more than I could eat. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.

Ugh. Live right next to it so when we saw it was Seafood (I hate seafood) I was unenthusiastic but then saw the menu included a personal favorite - Cajun chicken pasta. My boyfriend loves seafood so this seemed promising. We finally ordered tonight and it was just “terrible” and that’s words from my boyfriend. Mine was an odd flavor to which he identified “tasted like seafood” eww, the chicken was small, chopped and scattered in oil fallen on the side of spaghetti noodles covered in Parmesan cheese. He got a shrimp Po boy with soft under cooked fries and flavorless sandwich. Redeeming factor we had forty percent Uber eat coupon. We won’t be eating that food again. :(

1st tyme diner but will definitely bring the family next go round. Had the Gumbo and the 1/2 lb of shrimp flavored very well considering with an adult beverage with a side of water ?

Tonight was my second visit and I was not disappointed in the quality of the food and service. Last time had the fish and chips which I will have to admit found odd as they classified as appetizer. Usually served as entree and was same portion size as other entrees. New England clam chowder delicious. Tonight had lobster roll. Was good. Please note that gratuity included in total. Not sure if they automatically include irrespective of party size - just check your ticket.Overall great addition to Smyrna area!

I live in Smyrna and was excited about this place. It’s a disgrace! The staff is highly untrained and unprepared for a weekend. The calamari looks like a tiny over fried onion ring in a small basket you can barely fit your hand in. The crab legs were covered in sauce and 2 of the legs didn’t have any meat in them. The chicken on the Garlic Chicken Pasta looks like it came out a Lean Cuisine meal. The outside bar sits you in front of a roll up window which was left down on a beautiful Friday night. The upper outside deck was not even open. Don’t waste your time. It’ll be closed in a year. ?

Great spot! Woman behind the bar was young, but really knew her mixology :) I was able to give her my pallet and she made me a perfect cocktail. Can’t beat skill like that!Food was great; especially the raw oysters! Staff was friendly. Dog friendly back patio & being next to an open container park to walk in is a big plus! Plus they have plenty of TVs to request channels to watch big sports games. Can’t wait to come back ☺️
