I really like Bella’s. I get the garlic knots and a larger pepperoni with mushrooms. And they are constantly good. And the staff is friendly.

Ordered delivery Saturday late afternoon March 5... Pizza and Greek Salad.12" pie was undercooked... crust extremely chewy without char, and bite was not crisp. Toppings were covered by cheese, so they did not cook though and lacked flavor (pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeños). The cheese portion was good, however it was not melted all the way and had no blister bubble spots. It's just a 12" pie; a couple more minutes in the hot oven would have made a huge difference... but it was rushed and underwhelming.Not posting a photo because I know this isn't the norm for Bella's... just seems 1 out of every 3 or 4 orders the pies aren't good and usually it's "always" due to being undercooked. And I am not the only customer that has had this issue... When they are good, it's great and tasty and probably one of the best pies in Vinings / Smyrna area.Understanding these challenging times for many small local business restaurants, it would be nice if the kitchen had staff available that would check quality & appearance (expo or manager) of the food ordered, especially on delivery orders when customers have to "trust the restaurant".Or have the kitchen take a little more time and care when making the pies. You're only as good as the last pie made for your customers.BTW... our Greek Salad was delicious, hoping for the best on next order.
My husband and I went to Bella‘s this evening, I found a long strand of hair in our food. I asked for the owner and was advised by the waitresses his name is Bruce. Bruce never contacted us to say anything regarding the hair we found in our food. I literally lost my appetite and left the restaurant!!! I do NOT recommend this restaurant !!!
Great place..pizza to wings to quality Italian Bellas is a great spot, relaxed atmosphere with cool people. Two 9ft poll tables make it complete.
My partner thought his pizza was fine but they gave my Stromboli to another customer so we had to wait 30 minutes for a new one, and then his meal was cold. They were nice but didn’t do too much to amend the situation and he doesn’t fuss. That is fine, it was a Friday, but then I’m pretty sure what they made me was a calzone which was rather bland, the mozzarella wasn’t very good and it contained way too much cheese (for what was supposed to be Stromboli). It was underwhelming (I may be picky, as I’m Italian) but we will probably try again and eat in the restaurant since our bad luck may have been due to it being take out. The inside seems like a neat place to have some drinks and watch a game.
The dough tasted undercooked, the pizza sauce had no flavor, and something tasted really off with the cheese. I would've been better off eating a frozen pizza...
