Me and my sister, niece walk in this Arby. The Manager said hold on one min . The employee counting her register. We said ok. So as we was waiting, A employee was text with his glove on. Than he was fix someone food in drive - thu. with the same glove on. My niece said let's go.So we walk out.The manger came behind us.she said the lady was thu counting register we order now. My sister said that's ok. The Manager act like she got mad. My sister said in nice way..
Gyros and Chicken cheddar Ranch was very good tasted hot and fresh.
They still had a deal posted on window they chose not to honor. I brought it to cashiers attention and she was rude.
Stephanie the older cashier lady was the worst she saw me then she asked if I was help I said no then she ran off to wash her hands came back asked what can I get for you. then I said my Oder. then she asked what all did you want again. She clearly did not listen. Was very rude and did not ask for my sauce. I get the hole gotta wash your hands. Then we go on to slam the cup and slide it to me . Then on top of that I sat down to eat she coming by cleaning tables right next to me staring at me like I offended her. She would spray the tables near me and then walk back around to dry them off. Definitely not the place to sit down and eat she made it very awkward
Great customer service & smiles my go to Arbys always due to consistent food preparation and care I live in metro Atlanta theirs another Arbys closer not the same so I take the drive to south Cobb despite the travel time due to freshness hot food great customer smiles keep it up team @ south Cobb!!
Came here because I wanted to trip the new boneless wings & they were actually good! I had the buffalo flavored ones & they were kinda spicy. Customer was good & my order was correct. No complaints.
I was the last customer for the day SUPER Friendly NICE PEOPLE WORK THERE. Nice ladies got my order correct and quickly.
If you’re going to provide an app for pickup, what priority do those orders come in??? Gave a 45 minute window for pickup, went to pickup and was told they hadn’t seen the order! Waited over 20 minutes, (after the time I requested pickup), and they still couldn’t find my order!!!Showed screenshots and email response yet manager has to go to computer to look more in depth!That is sorry service regarding the online app and I’ll never use the app again!BTW.Not blaming manager or employees for this screw up. But I recommend getting any bugs out of your app/communication to avoid this type of negative response.
Arby’s quality of food is a touch above other fast food restaurants. If you haven’t been in a while, give it a try and you will be impressed by the food. Especially tasty for meat lovers and sandwich connoisseurs.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were slightly understaffed, but maintained courtesy and professionalism. One young lady offered to help even though she wasn't officially on duty yet.Great Service! Great food.
