Down the street from my house! Food is always good here.
That wait is long just for 10 wings and fries . On top of that, that food ia not good . My wings were not coated, look like they just poured sauce on top ! And the chicken was over cooked !
Food is great. Try any wing combo with chicken fried rice (my fav is hot w/ lemon pepper sprinkles and honey hot w/ lemon pepper sprinkles) always made to order = fresh. Make sure u get there 20-30 mins prior to close because they shut the grill down early and the menu becomes limited.
I was calling the store for like 45 minutes and keep getting google voice and then when I arrived to place a order they had the phones turned off and it took me and 5 other customers to say something that they all got the same as me google voice that’s why everyone came to place a order cause they had there phone turned off and it took me to complain for them to turn them back on
WILL NEVER patronize this AMERICAN DELI AGAIN!My 17 year old son went to order wings from here. He comes back the wings are crispy. However I did not ask for crispy so I return to the location immediately to have the wings replaced. I show the lady at the counter my receipt she proceeds to ring up my “reorder” and stated she can not “remake the food and the wings just come out how they come out”. At this point I’m willing to PAY AGAIN until she said that. I said “so even if I don’t ask for crispy they will still be crispy?” She says yes.Of course I said NEVER MIND and left. My household and I will drive a few extra miles to the next closest American Deli where our money is appreciated.I really wanted to like this location being that it’s super close to my home and new but since they opened they have definitely changed. The wings have gotten drastically smaller and the service is DIRT POOR!Let’s remember I DID NOT want a refund, I simply wanted my order remade the way I ordered it. NOT CRISPY! ?
They say they are open till 9pm have all lights and doors open and are telling everyone when they come in they are closed if they are not going to be open till 9pm the should change the store hours. I absolutely hate when a business has set hours of operation but don't follow it and waste peoples time going there great way to loose customers.
I’ve been to this location several times and today I’ve learned my lesson. This has to be the worst American Deli in Atlanta. The food is never fresh, they give you burnt overcooked wings and they don’t follow instructions. They taste horrible every time and always extremely small wings compared to other locations mostly bone. From now on I’m going to stick to the Cumberland mall location they never miss a beat.
The lady at the front desk was not friendly. Also, the music being played by the cooks was extremely loud. That being said, the food was decent.
This location had issues with the debit card systems so they only had cash kinda frustrating. First time there wasn't impressive wings weren't good like other locations. Barely any sauce on them ewwww.
I Love the Hot with Lemon Pepper Wings. The wings are served Hot, Crispy and leave you feeling the Temperature and Seasonings too. I like their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich too. The Roll is nice and soft. They make the Sandwich just the way I like it (No Green Bell Peppers). I go back to them whenever I get a Wings or Cheese Steak Sandwich Cravings.
