Terrible customer service!! Waited for 27 mins for chicken rolllups and pasta salad. People who ordered after me food was ready!!The young lady had to leave the front and go in the kitchen to fix my food with 5 people in the kitchen "working". My food was fresh and she did apologize but that is ridiculous! Please hire people who want to work!!!
I love the food. However, I hate it when I ask for a hummus trio without pita and all veggies and I end up with 5 slices of cucumber and a small handful of half sliced cherry tomatoes. How am I supposed to enjoy all of the hummus? With a spoon?
Disappointed. I ordered steak roll ups. After distinctly asking for no mushrooms I'm having to pick out the little fungi one by one... After picked out I'm left with one tiny little piece of steak and a toasted dry tortilla. Not worth $13.
Kebab lovers are a good alternative. Prices are reasonable and quality is good. I advise.
Well, we went to Zoes many times in Princeton NJ and experience has been great. But here it was a disappointment. They brought the wrong order and did not even apologize. The meat was cold and they were out of many of the side dishes. Tables were dirty. And service was slow. I won’t be coming back.
When we where on a road trip to Florida we took a break at Savana Zoës kitchen, we ordered pasta. Then when we got our food we noticed a couple things. First, the plates where dirty. Second, we didn’t get pasta what we did get was a rise looking thing that they said where noodles and it had no taste. Third, the hummus looked weird, and when I say weird I mean it was looking swollen and the olive oil was not good. And finally the kabobs where partly burnt and the tomato sauce was discussing! BIG FAT ZERO! We ended up hungry! BTW I’m 9 years old.
I cannot believe how unprofessional some people are. From the moment I stepped in the door they were talking extremely loud and yelling across the room. It took approximately 2 minutes before I was acknowledged, and even still they continued to be loud if not even louder, as though to entertain me which I didn't find amusing. I'm not sure if one woman not in uniform was the manager, but even she found humor in their noise. Thumbs down for customer service and as for the food, my steak kabob was overcooked and someone need to teach them how to make a "GREEK" salad. The potato salad was mushy, my husband thought it was mashed potatoes.
The food is great. My issue is, I order delivery frequently due to my circumstances. Zoes has been one of my favorites to order from but they consistently forget to add the drinks I paid for to the orders. This has happened at least a dozen times including today. I'd like to know why? How hard is it to read and interpret an order and walk to a drink station to fill up a cup? How hard? I should receive a whole free meal at this point considering how many times I've been pick-pocketed by Zoe's Kitchen. Great food but y'all have collectively taken a chunk of my $$ for nothing at this point.
Great restaurant that offers a variety of Mediterranean and Greek dishes made from wholesome and fresh ingredients. Great healthy choices in salads and plates.Houseblend specialty iced teas such as hibiscus and green tea complement the simple and flavorful meals.
This place used to be much better. The employees were very nice and the restaurant was very clean but the food has taken a turn for the worse.I ordered the kabob combo with steak and chicken, which were both okay. I would say the steak is the best thing on the menu if it were not overcooked. My side dishes were potato salad (bland) and roasted veggies (just not good). My boyfriend ordered the spicy chicken kabob. It was loaded down with turmeric and oil... and thats about it. Couldnt even eat it. That was my last time eating there for a bit. Hopefully the menu is revamped soon.
