Deacon S.asked me what i wanted i said number 3 everything dipped in teriyaki butter two sides for the toast and he said IT DONT COME WITH TOAST and on the menu it even has a freakin picture of it with toast and when i asked for a complimentary ice he said a what?? Like what you think i said and then he didn’t even give me my freakin drink POORR service and my tenders werent dipped in teriyaki like i wanted them then he handed my sister her cup of ice saying here bruh! Like thats not appropriate
I like this zaxbys because I never have to wait long in line compared to the other ones around here. The only thing I really don’t care for is no matter what I order I get pulled up to wait on my food. The staff isn’t rude, but they’re also not exactly super friendly. The food is usually 8/10. I definitely would recommend this one over a few other zaxbys in the area.
Staff was abrupt and very transactional. Wait was long as usual Gave 3 stars because I love Zaxbys food.
Best fast food experience I've had in Savannah in the last 4 years that I've lived here! The staff were extremely kind and patient, my order was made correctly and the food was hot and delicious. Quick, efficient and kind. Thank you Zaxby's crew!
Staff hold conversations amongst each other while customers are in line, take care of your customers and have conversations descretly. Customer asks for a sauce and they continue to have a conversation while the woman was trying to talk !!
We ordered 30 box lunches from here and everything was great. The staff delivered it to us to our hotel and were courteous and accommodating!
The drive thru was very busy since the dining room is closed, except for online orders. Totally get it, they're likely short staffed, or still taking precautions due to the pandemic. Either way, my food was great and it didn't take as long as I thought it would to make it through the line. Only reason for 4 stars is because I went there for a salad, and they were out of salad. And the only drinks they had was sweet and unsweetened tea. Not sure what was going on today, but I'll try them again at another time because everyone that worked there was friendly despite probably dealing with a lot of jerks because of the wait and being out of menu items. Customer service is most important to me
Food was fresh and, the Hospitality was Awesomely Awesome. Although there was A long line but, the employees made sure that it went quickly. However, their French Fries?are to die for, they're Awesomely Deliciously Good!
I went through drive thru I make simple order, plain traditional wings and small fries. When came out no fork and no Ketchup.... but fries box full top and bottom of another sauce (dirty) and chicken wings box too. (No visible bc is black) Customer service sucks
The only Zaxby’s in south side Savannah that has you to pull into a parking space for literally anything except your drink! They have the staff but they are extremely slow! Prepare to sit in a parking space for a ridiculous amount of time! I will never go to this particular Zaxby’s again!
