Unapologetic about the most godawful service imaginable. Full, drill, soulless. Don’t waste your life dining here.
Service is never fast but the food is delicious. I will recommend my family, friends and co-workers.

Employees not very friendly, out of sweet tea, also ordered a six piece chicken tender meal driving down the road opened it up and there were only five... We love Zaxby's but will never visit this location again, there are other locations close by this was just the closest one and my son wanted Zaxby's for his first meal after leaving the hospital, very disappointed...
This is the worst Zaxby’s I ever been too. Every time I go there something is wrong with the food. Last night a salad gave me food poisoning. The owner of this Zaxby should be very disappointed. I would not recommend anybody eating here
Food was good, but they stop having onion rings, which is my favorite. I can't eat french fries or the other things that they have, but the chicken fingers were good, hot and fresh.
The food and service was fine, but when I got to the window to pay, my total was more than it should have been. The employee on duty informed me of a price increase, yet the menu board had not been updated. Not only is this unfair to your employees to have to explain to every customer they encounter, but unethical false advertising to your customers.
I should not of had to of paid for my food. I ordered big zac snack and mushrooms. The drive thru lady told me to park do I did I waited almost 20 minutes when I got my food the mushrooms were hot and everything else was cold the chicken, fries, toast. It was disgusting I threw everything out but the mushrooms. I was going to go back through the drive thru line but some of us can't take an hour for lunch to go through a drive thru for a hot meal.
