Put in a mobile order to be ready about 40 mins after I placed the order. Got to location to pick up just to notice it’s not on the shelf ready. Turns out they didn’t even make my order so I had to wait even longer for it and then they forgot my dipping sauce. Haven’t been to this location in 7 years because of how bad it was and I see it hasn’t changed much. Not impressed
The chicken tenders and fries were hot and fresh? BUT the toast was harder than a brick? The young lady working the drive thru was kind. Honestly this is the 1st time I've ever had a minor complaint regarding this location. However, I had to deduct one star because the toast matters and is a vital part of the meal. A-
First time ever to Zaxby's and it did not go well. We went thru the drive-thru. We first asked for the Southern TLC sandwich and were told that they didn't have it. We then asked for their Signature sandwich. The person taking the order told us the cost of our order and told us to pull around. We got to the window we were told that they didn't have our sandwiches were not available. That they only had grilled meat left. We are here from Pennsylvania and had never been to a Zaxby's before. Not sure if we will ever visit one again.
The wings are so small. Love the sauces though. They got rid of the fried mushrooms which was one of our favorite things here.
Employees not very friendly, out of sweet tea, ordered a 6-piece tender meal opened it up driving down the road and there were only five pieces... Love Zaxby's but will never go to this location again don't waste your time there are plenty of other locations close to this one, this was just the first meal my six-year-old son wanted after he left the hospital... Very disappointed
I really need for the managers to put friendly, willing to provide excellent customer service teammates in the drive thru window. My family and I disliked working with Jasmine. Very unprofessional. Did not speak. We ordered zax sauce but noticed in our bag that we never received any then she tells us “oh, we’re out.” And then perceives to just stare at us…so very weird! How about “ Hello, sorry we’re out of zax sauce. Would you like another sauce instead?” Seriously! Need to go through some customer service etiquette training before serving “Customers” also I deleted the photo. Shouldn’t have..as I sipped some of my husband tea a plastic film came out of the straw. I need for you all to be a little more careful about what goes in customers food and cups.
22.00 plus dollars for my order asked for large fries. They gave me regular order size fries in the box. Had to go back for the extra sauces they forgot. Cook argued with me over the line about it and never gave it to me. First time around they said they are not doing drive through orders. Then I placed online order only to see them taking drive through orders after all.
The team working on 3/30 at 3:45pm were so kind to me when I realized that I had forgotten my wallet and had no means to pay for the meal I had already ordered. Shout out to them and their patience. Thanks!
The drive thru line was wrapped all they way out into the street but moved pretty quick. Food was good and staff were friendly.
0 stars wasn't an option.Waited 10 mins in drive-thru. No hello, Be right with you, nothing. So we left and went somewhere else.
