Bought for my daughter & hubby. I spent $30 on 2 lunches. They seemed to like it.
Ordered three meals and two sandwiches from this location. The order received was five meals. Asked for the order to be changed to what was ordered, three meals and two sandwiches with no fries or drinks. The manager, Mr. Larry Barry, gave us the $3.50 back for the fries but wanted us to bring the fries back into the restaurant. Went back into the restaurant to throw away the trash. Mr. Larry Barry wanted to know where the fries were? We said they were in the trash. He said that he was going to call the police over the non returned fries!! Was there a french fries shortage? Was he going or resell them to some other customer? What unbelievably terrible customer services. They lost five customers for fries and terrible customer service.
Very nice lunch crew today 6/7! Manager explained my transaction and the cashier was very pleasant! I work in the area and it is my GO TO place for food!
Dining in was a great pleasure again .Eating on the run in my car since pandemic. Service was fantastic food was hot and fast
drive throughs are never good anymore. Waited 20 minutes and ended up leaving because it took way too long. Understand people are short staffed but if you are unable to efficiently operate it’s not worth it
The constantly dont have orders. It took 2 days to return money from app. Good food though
They served me cold fries and cold chicken... some of the fries looked as if they had been purposely broken apart or either ate on... disgusting! They didn't give me the cookies I paid for and the large upgrade I paid for.
Very rude staff, waited at the spot where they take your order for over 10 minutes before anyone came on the Mic. … Restaurant didn’t even seem that busy. Ordered 2 sandwiches with a side of fries.. after checking out (literally 20 minutes after I got there) I asked for one sauce (assuming that I at least got 1 free sauce with buying the sandwiches and 1 large side of fries.. instead of compensating for a 20 minute drive thru wait and giving a “free”sauce that should be included away, they insist on me rescanning my card for .25 Beyond disappointed.
The food was pretty darn good. A little more than I wanted to spend but at least everything was great.
Ordered the usual: a zaxby fried zalad with Xtra chicken and a wings and things. Their salads are the best.
