Poor Service. I arrived at Zaxbys at 9:45pm on Saturday Night. On Zaxbys website it states that it closes at 10pm. Due to the speed of Zaxbys taking orders and providing food, I reach the speaker at 10:04pm. No employee, NOR MANAGER came outside to cutoff the line prior to Zaxbys closes. I waited at the speaker for 2min before moving to the window. When I arrived at the window the employee states she can’t take my order because they took the last order at 10:03pm. This IS BAD BUSINESS!!!! If you are not taking no more orders due to closing soon and not being able to SATISFY ALL ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!! Then SOMEONE SHOULD CLOSED THE LINE AHEAD OF TIME. I have been coming to this Zaxbys for years and never had this problem.This Zaxby’s should not receive any stars.
Huge disappointment! First of all, I had to wait more than 15 minutes in the parking lot to get a salad and wings. My drink was wrong. My Cobb salad was puny and was missing half the ingredients!
I ordered a Zaxby’s salad and the chicken pieces were so hard that my dog would not even eat them!!!! I tried to call the store to speak to the manager but the voicemail was full. The store never answered the phone and I tried to call several times.
I visited Zaxby’s on Skidaway in Savannah on 06/02/22. I ordered a Cobb salad to eat when I got home and some fries for the ride. The fries were hot but looked like they were leftover from the day before. I was totally blown because I was too far away to go back and return them! I tried calling the store but couldn’t get through. No more Zaxbys for me for a long while. I don’t have any money to throw away!
I have ordered from the app twice so I did not have to sit in the very long drive-thru line and I could just run in and pick up my order. Both times the inside has been locked, and I had to still sit in the drive-thru to get my order. Do not make it an option to order online for pick up if its not an option when you arrive ?
By far the worst experience with Zaxby's yet. Asked multiple times for my order, given the wrong order, and still given wrong drinks with my order after I asked for it to be corrected. Whoever was on drive-thru also decided to just chat with their friends, allowing the line to back up, instead of taking their order and moving on. And to top it all off, I was shorted on my chicken and my fries tasted absolutely awful.
Just waited in this drive thru for almost 30 minutes, got to the mic, ordered a Black and Blue salad, 3 extra blue cheeses, large sweet tea extra ice, and grilled chicken sandwich, then preceded to wait another 10 minutes to get to the window, all the while happy that I'm actually getting a salad.....I get to the window, the rude girl at the window asks if I had the grilled chicken COMBO, which I told them at the mic ONLY the sandwich, to which I say I also had the black and blue salad. ...... To which the rude girl says "WELL WE DON'T HAVE ANY SALADS", I ask well why did you let me order one? To which she said well we don't have any....... This isn't the first time they haven't had salads, but the first time where they let me order one at the mic and then not have one when I wait to get to the window...... Am I mad? He'll yes.......
Trying to pick up an online order. I see stacks of ready orders inside on the counter. Doors are locked and they’re not letting anyone in during a rainstorm. Selfish staff, terrible service. Never go here
Service is terrible. I work in ems we dont fit under the cover at the drive threw after waiting 10 mins to place an order we are told. U can come inside. Only to see we have to wait again. And while waiting we get a call and have to leave without food. Please understand this might be our only chance to eat today on our 24hr shift. The woman at the drive threw could have taken our order. Like several have in the past. Thanks for thinking about the first responders in your neighborhood. Will tell everyone what happened.
Lobby closed. Used drive thru service. They didn't have the drink selection I wanted. My second selection didn't taste correct. I had to get back in the long drive thru line to get another drink! Drive thru employee didn't seem too interested to get my drink correct.
