I read previous reviews about this place so I was very excited to try it out. The staff was very nice but the food was ok. It wasn’t the taste I was imagining but it wasn’t bad either. I had wings and my husband had brisket because there was a hold on ribs. A few families left because they had been waiting for a long time. Other than that, it was decent, the amount of food was ok and the price was as expected.
Loved the St Louis ribs. Tried a bite of brisket and definitely would eat that. The slaw was way too sweet for my taste and the potato salad wasn't bad, just different. What I really loved was the rice broccoli cheese casserole thing. Looks horrible, an unnatural color but I could eat that all day! I can't explain it, just try it.Husband ordered the banana pudding. He loved it. It was really good and whipped cream tasted home made too. Also strongly recommend i
Came here during 4th of July weekend. Vince was our server, he was American. Food was good, service was better. 5 stars.
The food was delicious! The decoration and music choice was great! It really set the vibe. Our server Jennifer was wonderful to talk to and was very accommodating.
Wiley’s is a must go. So many BBQ joints around and this one is on the top of the list. Has all the staples and some amazing unique items like the Philly brisket sandwich and redneck nachos. If you are lucky enough to visit when they have their burnt end special it is a must have. Also all of their sides are top notch. Their collards are on point people rave about the baked beans (have not tried since I am hooked on other sides) they have friendly staff and $2.50 drafts all the time. So glad this place is right around the corner from our house….oh and don’t forget to grab a bottle or two of their homemade BBQ sauces.
We did a family road trip to Florida and this place was so amazing. I looked up places to stop on the way to eat, and really wanted a good Georgian BBQ , this was my decision based on previous reviews. This was so satisfying. The customer service was impeccable! Our server Vince was informative about the menu, and had great recommendations. Vince was kind and truly made us feel like we were at home. We met the owner who is also very amicable and appreciative of everything. The food was delicious! We ordered the Sampler plate + ribs & a peach cobbler. All was tasty, fell off the bone, and tender. We even bought the BBQ sauce and the pepper sauce! Would definitely stop in here again if ever in the area.
From the location (a quaint strip mall with East of Savannah), to the creative menu my family ate a legend BBQ meal. Brisket was moist and tender; pulled pork flavorful; the one rib I had was fall-off-the-bone good; and the “Redneck Nachos” a delightful surprise! My 5 yo gladly finished the fresh fried chicken. My wife enjoyed the Brunswick stew & fried okra. She was blown away by the Philly-style brisket “cheesesteak”. I make a good kosher brisket & a better Texas-style brisket. If you love BBQ, this is a must try for Savannah area visitors!
Fantastic food and Nick was an awesome & knowledgeable waiter! The smoked wings were the bomb but the family loved the brisket and of course the peanut butter pie was outstanding!!
We always go out of our way when traveling anywhere close to the Savannah area to visit Wiley’s BBQ and it’s so worth it! Start with the meat sampler plate with ribs (a good share) add in any side (they are all amazing) and end with the most delicious peanut butter pie! Our whole family agrees …. Five stars!
Beautiful food! So good, we had to order another half pound of brisket to take home! Unbeatable food, unbeatable hospitality and unbeatable service.
