Very pleasantly surprised. We had been here about 7 years ago and never made this a go-to place. After last trip, definitely a go to for a quick bite and drink. Good food, good service, fun atmosphere. Everyone liked their food, fries were great and not the “normal” type of fries. Great fry option! Like a crinkle wedge!

No smiles when we arrived. Our table was sticky and the restaurant was not the cleanest. Our server was decent. Portion sizes were a on the smaller side. Wings did pack a flavorful punch. Great location in City Market. 2.5/5

Absolutely trash. This place used to be awesome. Today however, it is not. They didn’t have a lot of items on the menu. For example their CO2 was out so soft drinks were unavailable as will as draft beer. No blue cheese. Limited wings because they were out of sauces. By the time my wings came I asked for them to go because I had been there so long. And finally they forgot to put in my wife’s order of buffalo shrimp so we ended up canceling it also because we had been there for so long.

This place lacks professionalism, organization, and quality customer service. Also seems like they are constantly low staff.

The manager Juan doubled as our server and was AMAZING ! He was patient, kind, and efficient. My family thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the food was fresh. Will be visiting again and i advise everyone else to !

Wait staff Is never around. The place is slow and yet people would come in and leave because everyone was just hanging out in the back. Food was okay but waiter brought out one of the other employees half eaten food? Before we could send it back he came over and said sorry that’s my food, after we already started eating. Never. Ever. Go here.

Sticky tables, sticky floors. Hostess had an attitude and was very vocal about not wanting to seat us. Server was not very good, never asked if i wanted another beer or if we wanted dessert, had to ask her for napkins, small plates and ranch dressing. Will never go back. Wings were ok, all 3 sauces tasted the same.

SKIP this place! Had lunch there and the service was extremely lacking. I realize there is a staffing shortage but the wait for the food was extremely long without communication on the status; to the point the gal who took the order was starting to avoid coming to the take-out desk and making eye contact.i won't add the details of our 1hr long wait and the missing food. There are better restaurants in the area - I would avoid Wild Wing Cafe.

The food was good, people were nice, service was slow, not sure why.

We ordered a 16” pizza that we didn’t get, we got two kid pizzas as a replacement that were cold. We didn’t get the Brownie and was charged for it! We got the Cheese curds but they were cold also… I’m disappointed because I’m from Savannah and they’ve never done nothing like this.
