Okay now we can leave Savannah, I was so satisfied with my overall experience . We are here on vacation and I was truly searching yelp & google for the best burgers and ran across Wayback and we are so glad we took that leap of faith. The young man that took our order gave us recommendations because you know your girl was over stimulated with so many choices but he understood the assignment for sure! I got the big cheesy and my husband got the Big Easy. We both were able to customize it to our liking that was more than a plus. Did I mention they had tots! Everything was hot & fresh , the meat tasted very fresh not frozen , the price was right too if you were like me and craving a good burger do yourself a favor and just do it.
Had lunch here and loved it! The fried pickles are some of the best I've ever had. My burger was very tasty. They must use some kind of special pepper jack cheese because it was really flavorful and delicious. My husband ordered The Cheesy (it was just meat and cheese) he loved it. We also tried the chicken tenders, they were good but we will probably skip them next time and try some fries or chips instead. Our order was cooked quickly and perfectly. Can't ask for anything more! Great visit!

This was in the ice that was in our drink. The burgers are good, but after seeing this I don’t think I’ll ever be back. Informed the employees, they just said they were working on the ice machine. No signs on it, nothing. Watched multiple other people try to get ice afterwards. I told them about it, but no employee said anything or made an effort to fix it.
Where is the courtesy?? No welcoming when you come in... The man at the register make you feel like you don't have time to order or make you feel like you under pressure while ordering. The cook got an attitude just because I asked him to bag my orders separately. That's not good customer service. Need more inviting workers
Outstanding! Tried this place for the first time today. Cashier was very nice and helpful. Had the Carolina burger and it was DELICIOUS. My new favorite ❤️ we will def be back
Very OK to good food, a little inconsistent, but it's hard to keep up with the demand sometimes. The 5 stars are for the crew. Every time I come in (weekend, during the week for lunch break) they're killing it. There are usually 2, maybe 3 people handling in person, phone, delivery services, and the occasional Karen with quickness and without making it seem like a hassle to help. I see the owner responding to some reviews here, maybe after reading this get these folks a little bonus or something, they've earned it.
So somehow my first order was given to someone else. They took forever to remake it and left out fries, gave me the wrong tots. Got a cold burger and no sauces for fries and tots. Tried calling them but they didn’t pick up their phone. Not from here so don’t have to really worry about going back again. But looking at other reviews I’m surprised they are still in business
Food was at par. I had a Buffalo Chicken with chips. The chips were good when I added Old Bay seasoning to them. The sandwich, the chicken was not fried log enough and was drenched in hot sauce. Friends had the Big easy and Carolina and the season was too heavy, couldn't taste the meat. Not bad but not good enough for me to come back
