Cheap and good food. Not friendly at all in fact the staff is intimidating but was not surprised at all, Waffle House is not known for their customer service. I did enjoy the food though and it’s convenient that it’s 24hrs
My waiter was in training so it took extremely long time to place an order but once they realized I'd been sitting there for 20 minutes they did expedite and things ended up going well. Otherwise I would have given five stars
This young man was gracious enough to take our order despite the fact his coworkers bailed on him and hadn’t showed up to work yet. He wasn’t even the routine cook, but he made our orders anyway all by himself. Way better than the one on Ogeechee Rd. They so sorry they got more staff working and yet they got folks standing in the doorway taking orders. I was so disgusted I left there to drive further out to the one one Abercorn.
For me, a trip to Georgia is incomplete without visiting the Waffle House. Breakfast at this location proved to be the correct choice, our server was great and took care of us very well, the food was tasty, and they even have sugar free syrup for their namesake staple. The southern hibachi powerhouse still serves hash browns scattered, smothered and covered like we all enjoy! Will definitely return here next time I'm in Savannah!
Our sever was okay but the other server was rude as well as the cook. The other sever literally stared us down the whole time we ate. It appeared to us that they were purposely making her life hard, and trying to ruin her tip. The food was burnt or undercooked. Just not a good experience.
Most of the time we deal with individuals that happen to work by themselves but for that employee should have some respect for others when they arrive to place and order. The individual you see in this photo have a serious attitude problem ( not going into the details) but it was inappropriate. I've been to several restaurants where individuals work by themselves and still have a curiosity to respect their customers.
It is a Waffle House. You always get good service and good food at a Waffle House. The prices are good, especially for breakfast and you can have your eggs any way you like them. The waffles are cooked to order as are most of the menu items. If you have never eaten at Waffle House you must be from some other planet.
Tried to go here 5/14 at 8:30 and were waved away by staff. Tried to call to see if we could even order take out and they wouldn't answer the phone. Would not recommend this place
I thought Atlanta area Waffle Houses were bad, this one took the crown. I walked in and was yelled at that they can’t take orders for fifteen to twenty minutes. Fine, I go sit in the car and wait my twenty minutes. I see others getting their orders so I walk back in and the same lady starts yelling again. So I go sit at one of the chairs for to go orders. The same lady tells me I can’t wait inside because they have to take a break. I look around at the other people sitting and waiting and I tell the worker, I’ll just wait. She yells louder. I definitely won’t be back and I’m going to call a friend at Waffle House Corporate.
The food is almost always good at any Waffle House you to too but I never expect much from people that work there yet they still manage to disappoint. Got my all star with cheese on the eggs( didn’t want cheese) didn’t get my ham or waffle , had to ask for it. Had to get up to get the syrup. My husband chili was cold. Someone can get food poisoning they don’t care about food safety there for sure. So when I left a $1 tip ( should be $0) the girl managed to be upset. You messed up everything that you can in our order and expect a tip. That’s funny!
