Great place. Awesome food. We had Bailey as our server and he was great !!! Band was amazing ?? Try the maple sugar bacon ?!!!
Love this quirky breakfast option in Savannah. Ahead of time checked out the reviews and knew a wait would be likely, but the food would be great. Well let me tell the Hype is true on the size of biscuits we had and the Bloody Mary was especially good. I had the corn beef hash and it was great tasting, if you like hash be sure to give it a try, you won't be disappointed.. next time we are in town a trip will be on our agenda
The food was excellent and we had a great view of the river. I would have given 4 stars but my French toast was only Luke warm and I had to ask 3 times for sugar; luckily the coffee was so good I didn't really need the sugar. So having said this they all seemed to be working quite hard so I think (like a lot of places these days) they might been short staffed. All in all a good meal and pleasant experience.
Slow and bad service. Always waiting. Took over an hour from the time we sat down until we paid our bill. No one came back to refill coffee or make sure we got everything. We did not get all of our food we ordered. Food was ok. Definitely not going back.
Worst service ever , food sat then reheated . Bathrooms gross one was flooded .
The best Crab Cake Benedict that I have ever had! Fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing! The bacon was delicious! My wife loved her breakfast sandwich and our kids loved their waffles and friut platter. Great place to have breakfast in Savannah!
When we arrived the hostess didn’t even say hi to us. She grabbed two menus and placed them down on a table and walked away. The majority of staff doesn’t seem to be thrilled to be there. Jason was bright, happy to be there and a great waiter. I’m really glad we got him. The food was very good. We got Shrimp Benedict and Crab cake Benedict. Both were delicious. The grits were just like anywhere else. I would eat here again, I just hope maybe the staff will have a better day that day. It was really depressing.
Pleasant enough experience, restaurant had a great atmosphere. Food tasted great. However, the shrimp were profoundly overcooked, they bordered on tough. Then our order of French toast was completely charred on one side and we were still served it. And they do NOT poach eggs. I was extremely disappointed to learn that a place with Egg in their name refuses to cook eggs in a very traditional brunch way. Completely turned me off from even trying their "benedict" options. Additionally the food is extremely overpriced in my opinion. My order of shrimp and grits came out on a 6" iron skillet that was less than 1/2" thick and it cost me $23. We did not have a horrible experience but not somewhere we are interested in trying again.
Fantastic breakfast and atmosphere. The biscuits are HUGE! The wait staff was on point, food came out at good time. Would definitely recommend, cozy spot.
The biscuits are big enough to feed 3 people!! The staff were great and our waitress told me how to eat grits the best way! We loved all the funny signs!
