Got a rotten strawberry in my smoothie. It was straight brown when I spit it out. I’m 8 months pregnant and rotten foods can cause stillbirth or pre-term labor. This location needs to do a better job at quality control and watch the food they’re giving out to their customers. I will be taking pictures and contacting the health department. If something happens to my baby, there will be a much bigger problem. Literally straight ridiculous. I’m a regular and will never risk eating here again.

Great food, terrible customer service. I had to go through the drive thru twice because they missed part of my order (because they were in such a rush to take my order and talked over me multiple times when ordering) and then refused to acknowledge me waiting at the window. The only pleasant part of my experience was the food and smoothies.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t remember her name but I think it started with an L COMPLETELY messed up my order. My six year old daughter went to tell her that wasn’t what she ordered and the girl SPAT on my kid. She huffed and walked away, probably for a crack break. Will not be back.

I ordered on line so I wouldn't have to wait in line. When I got to the store, the door was locked and they had a sign saying "Drive in Only". I waited for 15 minutes and only moved up by one car. I left and called them to cancel my order and refund my card. The girl said that she would "give the info to my regional manager". I'll bet I never see that refund. I really like their food but their lack of staffing might just kill this store. It'll be a long time before I go back.

Sat at drive thru window for 5 minutes and never greeted. Finally, someone takes my order. Wait in line for way too long to get 2 smoothies. Very slow service and absolutely no customer service and communication skills. I live nearby so often try to visit this location because I love their food and smoothies. Every time I have been extremely disappointed in the service.

This location is in dire need of managerial oversight. They consistently close hours early, customer service is horribly slow, and they will often make you wait in the drive through to pick up an online order, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. I will not be returning and I urge you to consider going to the Parker’s or Domino’s next door rather than patronizing this location.

The wait time is bananas, and it has to get better soon. Been coming since this location opened up, but I'll rather drive across town.

Was there last week and the drive through was wrapped all the way past the entrance from Montgomery Crossroads. This is fine because I know this place is always busy around this time 3:30 pm. After finally getting to place my order I was told to hold on. While waiting 20 minutes some firefighters went up to their door to go in and the door was locked. This entire time the doors are locked?? No wonder the line was long. When the young lady finally came on to take my order , no apologies . Same thing when I go to the window. Young girl takes my card , no word exchange, hands me the smoothie . Again no “sorry for your wait” or even “have a great day”. Grant it I don’t have to choose to wait in such a line or choose to spend money there but my four year old would have lost his mind had a left without that smoothie . Just rude children working there that day obviously locking the doors to keep dine in customers out .

the new staff at the montgomery crossroads location have very poor customer service skills. first, after the cashier took my money, i was trying to tell him while he was still at the register that i had even change but he just ignored me & counted out the change fast. no sweat, I just accepted it. then as i was waiting for my order i realized i was never asked what side item i wanted with my meal. which isn't a big deal because mistakes happen. so i started signaling the employees with me clearly in their view but again i was ignored. moments later the cashier just came to the window with my meal & a side of chips. i respectfully brought it to the cashier's attention that i was never asked about the side item & preferred kale apple slaw instead of chips. he aggressively responded with, "we don't have any kale apple slaw prepped this early (roughly 10:30). we're doing the best we can!" there was no, "sorry about that. can i replace your chips with one of our other side items?" because at that point i would've probably traded for fruit. but his demeanor was so off putting, it made me feel as if i would've been a nuisance if i insisted on something else. or to just wait on the kale apple slaw. so instead of suggesting a replacement. i just silently pulled off. before today, i was a long time customer of tropical smoothie cafe since year one. i ate here regularly at least five times or more every month. but the new staff have ruined my experience to the point where i think i'll just bow out for a while. if not for good. no one who's loyally spending there money should be treated subhuman like this. but that's the story of my life. i bet if i looked like someone that staff favored i would've gotten catering like treatment. it's such bs because I loved tropical smoothie cafe
