Everything was fantastic. Got 4 slabs for my hair business luncheon, and everyone loved them. My 5yr old daughter is a PICKY EATER, and she was really enjoying the grilled chicken. I rarely see her want seconds lol. Two thumbs all the way up????
Our first choice for barbecue was closed for the day so we went to Tricks. The wait was not too long and this was at lunchtime. My friend and I both ordered a small platter which was a mistake! Each platter had 6 ribs, 2 large chicken legs, potato salad and two slices of white bread. We easily could have shared one platter. As it turned out we each got three meals from one plate! Glad we had a cooler with us! The food was very tasty. Oh, almost forgot. The lunch came with a free soda or bottle of water. I think the meal was $10. What a bargain!!
Tricks BBQ absolutely slaps! Both the ribs and chicken are tender as hell and seasoned to “O face”. Their pricing is crazy low for the amount and quality of food you get as well. Don’t let the “small” on their price board fool you. A small chicken gets you 5 legs, a side and a drink for $5! But if you’re looking for chicken or potato salad, get there early because they rightfully sell out quick. I don’t even like bbq for real, so the fact that I’m talking about this place should tell you something. Their sauce is bangin too! Do yourself a favor and go hit up Tricks. You won’t be disappointed!

I got the large rib plate and lets just say its more than enough. The meat was tender and fall off the bone goood. Will definitely try them again!

No frills, no nonsense, no pretense, just spectacular food. The staff is friendly, the patrons are kind. Pull up some day and get some ribs. Get more than you think you need, you will eat all of them. If you are visiting from abroad, eat here. This is vernacular Southern American food at its finest.
