My daughter's were trying to surprise me with sushi for mother's day. The gentleman taking the order was extremely rude to them. He would not explain to them or help them with ordering the food as they were unfamiliar with ordering. He made them feel extremely unwelcome and acted as if he was irritated that they were in the establishment at all. When they asked what was in certain rolls (to ensure it wasn't anything I don't eat) the gentleman was rude and wouldn't tell them anything. They finally ordered and when they brought the food home it was mediocre at best. When we called to speak to the manager to inform them of the situation, the "manager" blew us off like, "yeah so". Very disappointing that a place could have such terrible customer service. We visit the Sakura Place in Georgetown often and they are the nicest, friendliest people with great customer service. I will never visit or recommend this place again. It was just ridiculous.
Good food. Pick up is always ready when you call ahead. They really cheap out on the amount of rice in their sushi… like it’s barely any especially for how much they charge.
It is what it is. Ten minutes for a plate of food that cost as many dollars and is fairly edible. It's not bad, but it's not great. It smells like pot.
This is one of the best Asian takeout , just be thorough when ordering. They’re nice people , very busy & really hardworking. They’ll take care of you !
There are many Asian food places to choose from around town in Savannah, GA. If you are on the South side of town, this is the place to go for a very tasty, & plentiful servings. Meal in photo is the Shrimp Bento Box. It comes with a salad as well. Each time I order here, food is always prepared with very little wait time. You can phone in orders, and they are always ready upon arrival. This is a take out only establishment now, due to the devastating Corona epidemic.
Good service but food not so good. Fried rice was over cooked. Eggrolls are just nasty. I recomend you don't go there!!!

This place is not far from my home. My wife and I stopped in to see the place in person as it is in a somewhat sketchy area. The kitchen appeared to be clean. We were looking over the menu and asked a few questions about certain items. The wife and I don’t eat meet or seafood and we were looking for veggie items. The gentleman we spoke with was not accommodating it almost felt like he was irritated by our questions during this time a young man came in recently purchased food came back in to ask for three plastic forks and paper plates the gentleman could not remember he was a customer but did remember that he put two forks and a plate in his bag. He debated with the gentleman who was a customer about giving him two plastic forks. this was a turn off for us as we were already not feeling super welcome I’m not sure if the Gentleman behind the counter even greeted me when I walked in but he did greet My wife who came in a second or two after me. we are avid sushi eaters and we normally go to the place on Tybee Island who by the way is super accommodating super friendly makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door every time. so we left without ordering. I wanted to go back and let the gentleman know we didn’t feel welcome when we walked in the door but my wife said what’s the point He is not going to change. FYI Customer service and friendliness should be the focus of any business. Respect for your customers and the people you serve should be a high priority
We got sushi and edamame and the fish was fresh and tasty. The edamame was deliciously made - crisp and cooked well. Service was excellent also!
