It was quite boring, low music I could barely hear, no visual appeal, food luke warm soft and undercooked, table was dirty.
Busted the river front district while in Savannah. Absolutely beautiful city. This place wasn’t busy but again we sat at the bar. Great bar tender. 100% spot on bear recommendation. Drank it all week. Oysters were great. Lunch was very good. Definitely stop here if you are visiting
Teddy is an excellent wait person. Grouper entree was excellent. Hush puppies tasty. A fun, satisfying evening!
We had dinner here and the service and the food were outstanding. Teddy was our server and really did an outstanding job. We definitely recommend this, but make sure you get a reservation early to avoid the rush. Ask for Teddy if you can.
Great service and food. Julia was very attentive and helps us with directions around town. She treated us like friends not just visitors.
If you enjoy waiting an hour and a half to get two tiny pieces of fish and 6 shrimp for $24 then this is the place for you. I hope you bring your own bottles of water because the chance of you getting a refill before your drink runs out is zero.
The shrimpburger is just outstanding, I had it three years ago and think the same of it today. The shrimp itself has a nice texture and flavor and they use good bread and toppings. I had a Mac and cheese side that was also very good. I ate at the bar and the servers/bartenders were super friendly and on top of everything. I strongly recommend this place on the Savannah riverfront.
Food was just like red lobster-not really impressed
Very disappointing dining experience. We sat for ten minutes before sever came to the table, waited another 10 minutes for drinks to arrive minus a glass of wine, which took a further 5 minutes. The fried green tomato appetiser which we shared was lovely but we had to take side plates from the table beside us because none were provided and our sever had disappeared again. Our Mains took forever to arrive and three of the party had ordered fried shrimp/fish plates which all came without the promised hush puppies. These finally arrived after all had finished their mains. A Caesar salad contained iceberg rather than the normal romaine. The server spilled fries from one fish on the floor where they remained for the duration of our meal and having promised to bring more never returned with them. Had to finally ask another server for our check who apologised profusely for the tardiness of our service, but overall it was a very poor experience and we expected better.
