When I say that walking into this coffee shop was comforting and just what we needed; I mean it. We got the big daddy and two lattes (I got caramel, my sibling got mocha). It's really nicely placed next to the park and we walked around it while we drank. Amazing vegan and vegetarian options and they were super friendly to anyone who walked in!<3 Beau

Unfortunately we only stopped for coffee which was excellent - a mocha and southern something which my wife loved. The baristas were engaging and friendly. I mentioned unfortunately because when we walked in and saw their extensive vegan/vegetarian friendly menu we wanted to come back again. Unfortunately (again) it was our final day and we had just enjoyed lunch. Really enjoyed the Sentient Bean - an all around great experience.

Vegan can be good. This just wasn't. Tried the breakfast sandwich with vegan sausage on Rye bread. The only thing edible about this "sandwich" was the tomato and the egg. Vegan sausage was strangely sweet and coarse--disgusting. My friends also tried the coffee cake - more like coffee cornbread - bone dry, crumbling and lacking flavor. My other friend got one of the breakfast bean burrito and despite the variety of ingredients, it was also bland and tasteless. Coffee wasn't terrible, but don't go here expecting a breakfast.

So happy I stumbled across this place during a recent stay! Stopped by my first morning out in Savannah and made sure to swing by again. Great variety of breakfast options - especially for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diets. A neighborhood gem!

A local business with great vegetarian fare. I highly recommend the BBQ wrap and v breakfast burrito, but many other things are good as well. They always have delicious baked goods, too.And staff are wearing masks again, +2 stars. (Would be another if customer masks were required still.)

Busy coffee shop with tasty breakfast options and good coffee. Bathroom was a little less than clean but I'd still recommend a visit!

Very casual, local environment- nice for hanging out whether inside or outside by Forsyth Park. The muffins are delicious!

We ducked in here after visiting the Farmers Market. It was raining, very cold and we needed a break. There was a bathroom and a handful of tables. We ordered a coffee, a hot cider and a pastry. The pastry was meh. The coffee was not hot enough and I just didn't get the cider. It had a weird thick ish texture...hubby loved it!!
