Told the place was closed and would open up at 11 AM. At 5 after 11 most of the staff were outside including the manager with no opening in sight. After witnessing such public disregard for customers and doing their jobs I would imagine that same attitude would transfer over to keeping a clean kitchen etc.I would not eat anything out of this location even if it was free.
I decided to have Taco Bell yesterday for the first time in months and am glad I did. This location hasn’t always been the best but I can tell they are trying to make changes. The cashier and MOD were very kind and helpful. My food was as ordered and I’ll be back to try again.
Drive 20 minutes out of the way to get taco bell, the electricians that don't even work there are more helpfully than the staff. Leave with your food only to find out its wrong, go all the way back and get told you can only have a partial refund on your meal.
That was the rudest taco bell that I've ever had the mispleasure of going to. They put down my husbands order wrong. When he clarified what he wanted, the manager taking our order snapped at him. "I heard you. Im fixing it." When she got to the window she gave us attitude. The only reason we knew she was the manager is because one of the cashiers needed a manager to sign in. She handed us our bag without a receipt and slammed the window shut. If you hate your job that much, I hope you find a better one so customers and your coworkers don't have to deal with your bad attitude.
Seems to be different folks working here every single week (I always come by at the same time on the same day of the week). Despite this, I've never had a wrong order or missing item. One star off for occasionally shoving all the rice to one side of the burrito.
Lol this place is garbage & full of rodents….Ecolab really bout to be in this store…. ???? all the good employees dipped, y’all will get bad service going forward. I apologize that higher ups set great people up for failure & now they will crumble. Also, these people take money out your checks… beware… from an former employee here
This place is absolute garbage. They refuse to pay their employees what they are fairly owed, above store leadership bold-face lies to their employees and they don’t care about the well being of anyone. This trickles down to the customer because why would an employee care if the ownership doesn’t ? This place rehires bad employees, encourages toxic culture and is one of the worst places in the city.
Literally the sign says open DAILY until 1AM. That’s blatantly a lie or the folks working there just decide to close up at 11:30pm. They shut down all the lights and simply ignored everyone in line. If they’re closed normal at 1130 on Wednesday nights cool. Update your times. Also don’t just ignore people. Have the courtesy to say “we’re closed”. Also an 86 on their health code rating? Yikes.
Hate leaving bad reviews, but not this time. Long line, long wait, everyone in the back is just messing around, minimal effort towards ordering. Taco Bell is good, but looks like I’ll stick to going somewhere else after this experience.
I was not very happy.The place was NOT busy so it should have been easy.My food was re made 3 TIMES!!All I had were 2 TACOS!And they STILL didn't get it right.I just gave up.Plus the tables weren't clean.
